Not worth the money, worn out place, not enough staff, very average food and coffee.

Loved the peaceful surroundings and grounds of cypress lakes. Villas lovely but could do with renovating and updating to bring it up to its star rating .

I LOVED our stay here. The premier 1bdrm villa was fantastic - very clean and new/refurbished and loved that the balcony opened up to trees, felt like we were out of the hustle and bustle! The location of this resort was excellent and very close to some great wineries. We had a a few dinners & breakfasts in the bistro and the food was good and service was good. I would definitely recommend this stay.

Wonderful stay for families! so close to everything and plenty of relaxation for the grown ups at the resort while kids enjoy the tennis courts, swimming pools, golf driving range, and playing on the grassy areas!!

2 bedroom villa prefect with kids. Oven didn’t work unfortunately. Disappointing when ‘full kitchen’ reason for booking

Lovely clean and tidy villa but we were given incorrect information when we called ahead to check our kitchen amenities. The lady in reservations checked our booking and advised that we would have full kitchen facilities including a 4 hob stove and oven etc but when we checked in we realised that it was only a kitchenette with a microwave so we were unable to cook any meals.
