The fact we came for a relaxing time and restful sleep and got anything but, the bed was so uncomfortable would have been better on the floor. Pillows hopeless, bales of hay would have been better. The food from the bar, was over priced and poor quality for what you paid for. Over all very poor establishment, a back yard pub would have been a better option. Very disappointed

What a perfect stay for a young family (kids 4 and 7). We enjoyed the early check in that was available (at 11:30am even though website said generally the rooms were available from 3pm), but we got lucky that a room was vacant). The pool was the perfect temperature, the water park was so much fun for the kids, the cocktails were delicious, and oh my god that buffet for breakfast was incredible!! Thanks for a memorable stay! We are definitely coming back when we return to the Hunter! Very good value for money!

The villa room we stayed in definitely needs an update new carpets etc but was clean enough and comfy bed. The amenities are great the pool area etc.

Upgrade was appreciated after booking hassle, friendly staff, great facilities and reasonable food in Bar with Restaurant not opened on our night staying there but buffet breakfast next morning was very good. A great place for families :-)

A perfect retreat away from the hussle and bussle of a working week. No need to go anywhere else, park the car on Friday evening, leave it there and drive away Sunday after a very relaxing weekend, where the staff were absolutely brilliant and nothing was a problem to cater to our needs. Thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting time away:- !!!!! Go Here !!!!!!

Family friendly, breakfast service one of the best I've been to, well managed for peak period, worth a try. Option of a dayspa and gym is great, poolside QR code ordering from the menu. A great place to stay with young kids - school holiday program with abundance of activities.
