Wotif.com didn’t give them my contact information this trip so I had to wing it from my previous trip to gain access to the lock box for my room key then had to call the after hours number to find out what room I was in as they fail to write it down, get to my room again pest (cockroach’s) all over my bed and in the bathroom, the bathroom needs to be updated with the shower heads as it make it very difficult for a tall person to have a shower, have all the condiment in the room but no spoon to make a coffee that was a big let down
