We paid for a swim up room. When we got there the gates were locked and the entire resort pool was under matience. We were not told this on booking. We were told since we booked through wotif it was a third party and none refundable room..so they hold no responsibility and all they could do was offer us a bottle of complimentary wine and a late check out. We feel scammed out of our money. The same exact same thing happened to the couple who were rooming next to us. Why in the world would those rooms be available to rent when u cant use the exact thing u r paying for just a joke. Never go back there again and its false advertisement.

The Property was very Tired , badly in need of a makeover. The Air Con was broken, The shower was leaking through the door. The TV was Vintage and small (maybe a 10 year old 32 inch ?) No Breakfast or Resturant on site

Main reason to go was for the pool. The website didn’t say that it was emptied a few days earlier.

The lagoon pool and some facilities was not available due to renovation, not sure if I paid in full rates, the rate should be reduced if these facilities not been used.
