H3 Port Stephens is a luxurious waterfront duplex located on the absolute beachfront in Corlette. H3 is located on a picturesque white, sandy beach with breathtaking views over the glistening waters of Port Stephens harbour. This exclusive alcove has calm, protected waters making it ideal for children, relaxing dips and water activities. H3 sleeps up to eight guests (MAX 6 adults).
H3’s classic architecture and elegant, yet relaxed, coastal style exudes opulent beach house vibes. Cook up holiday feasts on the terrace BBQ while you watch glorious sunsets over the water. There’s a lovely strip of grassy verge between H3 and the sand, perfect for picnics and games with the kids. The beach is idyllic and being a harbour-side beach, and protected from the prevailing winds in summer, the calm water is perfect for kids of all ages. The children will be entertained for hours building sandcastles, swimming and playing games on the beach and grass.
On the ground floor the open plan lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen all overlook the beach and blue waters. The living and dining room flow out to a large alfresco entertaining terrace, with BBQ, dining table and sun lounges. The terrace has a few steps down to the grassy reserve and the enticing sand of the beach is just metres away. There’s also a powder room on the ground level and an outdoor shower. The first floor has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite, TV, queen size bed and water views. Bedroom two also has water views, a TV and queen size bed. Bedroom three has a TV and two long, zip single beds, which can be joined together to make a king sized bed. This bedroom also has two ingenious fold down, wall bunk beds, which can sleep two children upon application. The main bathroom includes a bath tub and shower and has a separate toilet.
H3 has ducted air-con and ceiling fans throughout. The laundry has a washer and dryer. The garage is not available for use, however there’s room for two vehicles on the driveway and street parking. Upon arrival you’ll find the beds made and towels for your bathrooms. H3 features WIFI.
ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 adults. There are 2 x hidden wall fold down single beds (bunks) that will be used to accommodate 2 children ($100), total maximum guest 8.
LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen for 6 guests - 2 x Queen, x 2 Zip Singles/Queen. The bunk beds are an optional extra cost.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Please confirm which beds and optional extras you require . Option 1 - 2 Queen, 2 Single (zip beds) Option 2 - 2 Queen, 1 King
Additional costs when booking: Bunk Beds - $100 per booking with towel and linen Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire. Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.
