The people were friendly. The room just needed upgrading carpet was old, bed was uncomfortable, pillows were flat, and the air conditioner was old didn’t cool the room down.

The lady in the office gets 5 stars (sorry didn't get her name), I forgot one of my bags in the room and she called me within about 10 minutes to let me know before I left the area and I was so appreciative because I really needed that bag. The property itself is older but the price reflects this so no complaints. It was quiet and clean as I could expect so I would definitely stay again.

This hotel was less than 20 minutes away from our fun destination of Universal Studios (we left at 6:30 ish am to get to the early entrance reservation we had). Though on the older side, it was adequate for the evening. Our late check-in around 10 pm wasn't a problem (we let them know in advance). Room was clean - no bed bugs, no cigarette smoking smells. Bonus was the Om symbols on the railings (I'm Buddhist) and it made me feel comfortable as a brown person traveling.
My Rudraksha mala that I use for meditating being held up to the Om railing.

It was a quiet area and close to freeways and mall. The rooms were old and there were stains on the ceilings and leaky toilet and refrigerator

Excellent value, clean rooms, comfortable beds in a great location with Free parking. An arm of one of the chairs was broken and the bottom of the bathroom door was ratty. We thought about calling about the chair but decided to live with it. The lady who checked us in was very nice and accommodating.

Room was not clean, full of bad small. Bad had very bad small. I could not go to sleep. This was worst Motel. I had stayed. I wasted my money and had bad night

Older facility with neglected issues

The room was mostly clean. The seat cushions on the two chairs around the table were so stained there was no way I would sit on them. There was graffiti etched on the wooden bathroom door. There was a cigarette hole burn in one of the sheets. These three issues for me made the place way overpriced. The place and pictures are older. The staff in the office were kind.

Older hotel but well maintained. Exterior entry with car in front which is convenient. Though it said there was a coffee maker?? Lobby appears to be permanently closed and check in/out is through their night window only. Felt safe but its a sign and we would stay there again. Easy access to get to Dodger Stadium, yay!
