Marshmallow mattresses with no support. Ugh.
Hotel is lovely in appearance, well run, trained staff. Roof top bar is unique for area. Parking is $30/night. (Sigh.) Why the bad review? The most important service a hotel provides is a good night of sleep. The mattresses are terrible. They are soft and have formed "valleys". In a discussion with the staff, they offered to move us but said their soft mattresses are a "feature" and other rooms would be no different. So why offer the move? Why provide a lousy night with terrible back support? Super disappointed.
