Our stay was excellent. The room was clean the staff was very helpful. The pools were clean and the food staff was very nice. I just wish they had more ice cream options especially during summer. The ice cream bars at the grab n go market were all melted but that only gave us an excuse to head over to Down Town Disney for ice cream and beignets. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was so excellent and accommodating for our family of 11. We had 3 rooms and they were able to get our rooms in the same tower, floor, and even 2 connecting rooms! The grounds were clean and all the staff was so friendly. The picture in my review was on the day we were leaving so the room is not clean. Rooms are very spacious.
