We stayed here when we came to Anaheim for Disneyland. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Everyone was so kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, our room was spacious, clean, well stocked, beds were comfortable, the pools and spa were so fun...I could go on. I honestly have nothing to complain about! We will certainly always be staying here for future visits!

Loved our family suite very comfortable and plenty of space for the 5 of us. The buffet breakfast was delicious too especially the make your own waffles.

My initial check in was very easy and staff was friendly. However, it is very difficult to get ahold of anyone on the phone. It was with every service, front desk, house keeping. They answer after 15 plus rings and immediately place you on hold and you remain on hold longer than 10minutes. You had to walk down to speak to them in person for basic needs of toilet paper, towels and blankets. I had to call them at least 4 times. Also, I asked for my room to be cleaned and set that up at check in and no one ever came by. Other than that the property was clean and they had a good breakfast spread, really nice set up and spacious.

Loved having the suite with the kitchenette and fridge. Breakfast in the morning was great. Very quiet and comfortable for our family of three, and took the Toy Story shuttle back from Disneyland. Will stay here again!
