The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offered a later check out since our flight was leaving later in the afternoon and we did a little shopping downtown. I would reccomend this hotel to families or anyone that is looking to visit Disneyland. I know we will be back!

Staff at the front desk are kind enough to offer us complimentary stuffs when we run out instead of buying in their mini store . The only thing I don’t like is our view in our room is the highway and noisy

Our family stayed here for our Disneyland trip. Hotel was very clean, valet parking, decent breakfast each morning and housekeeping cleaned the room each day which I feel like is not the standard anymore so that was nice! Very easy 10 minute walk to the park. We had three adults and it was nice to have a full sized pull out bed in addition to the two queens instead of just a twin chair pull out bed like other places. Highly recommend especially for a Disney stay!

We didn't like anything about this property. Everything on the website is false. If I could have checked out and gone to a different hotel, I would have, but since this was already paid for and other hotels were booked, we were stuck.

Great Disney hotel

Excellent hotel, very convenient for Disneyland, a ten minute amble away through a decent neighbourhood so no safety issues. Hotel next door serves Starbucks so very good for a quick coffee on the way to the park. Plenty of places locally to eat and shop locally. Hotel itself was very clean and tidy, friendly staff. The inclusive breakfast was handy and a great money saver. Rooms large and well maintained.

We really appreciated how clean the place was, the friendly staff, and the convenient walking distance to Disneyland. However, the beds were uncomfortable and gave us backaches. Also, it sounds like several kids were running around on the 3rd floor which makes it difficult to sleep around 9 PM on the second floor. Tks!
