Great location for Disneyland, it was within an easy walk. The pool was lovely as was the gym. Having a laundry was also a game changer, being able to do your washing onsite for a small fee was very convenient. The shop in the lobby that meant you could easily grab some light food and a coffee at the start of the day was also helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The property was in a very convenient area with stores/restaurants nearby and just a 10 minute walk to Disney. The housekeeping services kept our room clean and towels refreshed every day. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy as well.

Stayed 3 nights and we’re really pleased with the hotel. The King room we had was clean and modern with a really comfortable bed. Nice toiletries provided and plenty of towels. The rooms must be well soundproofed as there was no guest noise at all even being by the lifts. Coffee maker supplies replenished daily and as a Marriott Bonvoy member we had free WiFi and bottled water. The staff we interacted with at the desk and guest services were friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally placed approximately 15 minutes walk from the Disney entrance with restaurants and shops to pick up drinks etc on route. No time to use the pool or other facilities but it looked nice. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

The room was big. We enjoy a large bathroom, the shower and towels were great. The room had two small drawers and a small closet, storage for a 4 night trip was much to be desired. The fridge was great to store drinks and snacks. The lobby concession store had basic needs and coffee. The beds were very comfortable. 20 min safe walk to parks. Will stay here again.

I like this hotel so much. It’s clean, quiet and modern. Value is excellent. I’ve stayed three times. Unfortunately, there was a major issue where I left an expensive, waterproof rain jacket in my closet after check out. I called the front desk and they told me they checked the lost and found as best as they could after housekeeping hours. They told me to file a report online, on a third party website, but over two weeks later I have no faith they even care. I’ve heard nothing. My in-room safe was broken too and I was too nervous to call someone to fix it. I just carried my valuables with me at all times instead. Wondering if there’s a theft issue going on. How hard is it to find a jacket? If the staff don’t have it, the person who stayed there after me does. How does a jacket just disappear? And how can you let someone check into a room with a broken safe? I am disappointed because I really liked this place.

I like the size and cleanliness of the rooms. The location to the park is great. I like the security in the elevator where the room card is needed to get to a floor. I think that the parking fee is high, it should be included in the room cost.

Conveniently located for Disneyland a short 10-15 min walk. Big clean room and comfortable bed. Balcony on 12th floor offered a wonderful view of Anaheim. Would definitely book again when returning to the area.

We always stay at the Sheraton when visiting Disneyland. Was disappointed to find the mattress as lumpy and uncomfortable as was the pillows.
