Clean room. Nice staff. Not the biggest fan of staying on the bottom floor next to the restaurant and store entrance. Lots of people traffic. Quiet though. Like there is transportation to Disneyland.

Not convenient and they nickel and dime you. Should've stayed elsewhere. I checked in on 1/1 evening and checked out on 1/4 at around 9:30am. I was expecting they would charge me for 3 nights for parking but they charged me 4 days. Like who charges you for parking on the day you're checking out? -No water or coffee that I can see at the lobby (I guess they hide it behind their club lounge). There is a water dispenser at the gym. -Internet costs money. free if you sign up for their rewards program. -poor layout. There are no walkways in the parking lot. I've got toddlers/young children and it was raining during our visit so had to be extra careful walking in the parking lot. The side entrance required hotel key cards so not convenient for people checking in. -room doesn't have a microwave. -heating/AC unit did not work. fan made a clicking noise but nothing came out. So at times it was like 73 degrees and stuffy; I opened the balcony door but then a mosquito got in (our room faced the pool area). Around dawn, it would be a bit chilly in the room. -lack of storage and very little counter space. The bathrooms have a small sink area and some bars. They had to put the extra towels on top of the cabinet next to the TV. - when showering make sure to pull the shower curtain all the way. If water gets out it will follow the grout lines on the tile floor which can make the floor slippery. +loved handheld shower for my toddler. Towels and bed were soft.

Clean room, friendly staff, and a nice hotel overall. The elevators were a nightmare, and it’s a bit of a walk to Disney.

The overall food selection was very limited. We arrived at the breakfast area well within the posted breakfast hours, but almost all food items were already gone. There was no enough food anymore, and even basic supplies such as plates, cups, and napkins were completely empty. Nothing was being refilled.
