Expensive for nothing. No wifi without paying for a membership, tv only gets antenna channels, $35 a day to park your car, furnishings are patio furniture, and the breakfast they list as a feature is not free, it is outrageously priced. Any place near Disney will be expensive but this hotel is very low quality and also highly exploitive. For example there is a water bottle filling station that is just a facade over a municipal water pipe. no filtering. It’s the same as drinking from a bathroom sink. I had booked 3 nights and left after one.

When the room was cleaned it was always perfect. Maintenance was great about fixing the bathroom door when we arrived. However, when i arrived i did request the room cleaned everyday and 3 days were missed. Other then that enjoyed my stay, would stay here again.

If you leave anything in your room of value stay elsewhere. I’ve stayed at this hotel 10–12 times over the years, and I’ve never had an experience like this one. During my most recent stay, $260 was taken from inside my carry-on bag while it was in my room. I am 100% sure it was there before I left the room, and it was gone when I returned. I immediately reported it to management, and the lack of follow-up was extremely disappointing. No one checked in with me, updated me, or took my concerns seriously. I also filed a police report because of how unsettling the situation was. I used to recommend this hotel, but after this experience and the way it was handled, I no longer feel safe or valued as a guest. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

The rooms were awkward. The fron room of the suite had all the furniture. Only thing in the bedroom area was dresser bed nightstands. Why that was awkward is there was plenty of room in the bedroom area for a desk with a mirror to get ready while others are in the shower. The only well lit place for makeup ect.
