The bed is very uncomfortable, the a/c is too loud, sounds like a motorcycle next to your bed, the bathroom door is the kind that slides and doesn't fully close so don't go with someone you don't feel 100% comfortable around. Also the parking is 40dlls per night and they charged us for something that wasn't ours so check your invoice thoroughly.

Absolutely everything about this hotel was 10/10. Perfect distance to the park ( 10-15 min walk but not too bad at all ) and overall me and my girlfriend will always go out of our way to book here again for our annual Disney Trip. Thank you SunCoast for an awesome experience. Everyone there from the front desk to even the custodian that I shared a little convo with gets 10/10 service.

The staff member checking us in was beyond rude and condescending. Our room was loud due to an engine-like noise all night. We had flat pillows, scratchy bath towels, and zero water pressure in the shower. Rats ran to and fro when we sat in the hot tub. Paying for parking when you are already paying to stay is a scam.

Room was clean and the rooms were cleaned each day but the beds were terrible. They were very uncomfortable you could feel the springs. Also it is right off the freeway so you can hear the cars and they charge $30 per night to park your car.
