Reasonably priced, clean hotel at a walkable distance to Disneyland. Rooms have fridges and coffee makers. There is a microwave downstairs in the lobby along with coffee provided there, in the mornings. There is a small but usable pool. Its about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Disney Security gates straight up Harbor Blvd. Some folks used the free Disney bus to the Toy Story parking lot across the street, but I found that did not save time over walking. The onsite buffet breakfast (extra charge) was average. Staff were all friendly and I found the rooms very clean, though a bit dated. I would absolutely stay here again at a reasonable price, if I were going to Disney or the Convention Center.

As front desk for new towels and take out the garbage only. Ask them if they could do it while we’re out of the room the whole day. Came back and it was not done. Had to go downstairs to get my towels and take out the trash.

We used to love this hotel. It needs major renovation. It is dusty, dingy, and in need of repair. Our air conditioner leaked the entire time. The cold water handle was really difficult to use. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated a lot. We liked the proximity to Disneyland and access to the ART. The breakfast buffet is way over priced for something that is complimentary in other locations. The bathroom is super small and doesn’t work for two people.

Was comfortable and safe, not very soundproof though. Water would get cold in the shower if someone else in the building was using it and toilet would make noise when someone else flushes. Not super high end but was over all nice and very convenient. Nice staff and safe area.

Stayed for four nights and requested my room to be cleaned and trash to be taken out for three days straight requesting this and up until the day of check out they never went. Plumbing issues. Nicole was great though she was super nice and I appreciate her kindness. Doesn’t have free breakfast and had to pay daily parking. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I really hate eating any business poorly, but this hotel was a huge disappointment. We are regular travelers, and I have to say this place was wildly outdated, very dirty, shower head hanging out of the wall, molding caulking along the tub, hair on the sheets, freezer in fridge didn’t work, comforter felt like plastic and it was just all around grubby feeling. To top it off, they don’t offer a breakfast, and they make you pay for parking. Granted I missed that part in the fine print… but I’ve NEVER stayed in a hotel like this. Never again. Ever ever.

The location was accessible to the place we’re going,but the cleanliness needs improvement and the housekeeping should improved as we get our ro clean for only 1 day of our 7 days stay even you ask for service they don’t clean , the service was too slow and the staff at the front desk seems don’t know what they’re doing definitely not coming back in our future travels
