Peeling wall paper in bathroom, run down. Had to call and get toilet paper almost Daily. They would forget to leave clean towels so we also have to call every day for towels. Only had one person working so understaffed.

Took long to get us checked in and the room had funny smell. Also they never replaced our toilet paper and had to go down to front desk to request that and extra towels. They only left 2 in the room that had 5 people staying in it.

My first thought walking into to lobby was "this is niiiiiceee". Check-in did take a bit longer than expected because there was only one person working the desk but I was able to get my room key at check-in, which was great. Our room smelled musty, possibly from water damage on the property and it could use some updating but it was suitable for our 1-night stay. Our kids loved the indoor pool and we all had a blast enjoying the complimentary cocktail hour. I did like that the breakfast bar was consistently restocked. Most of the options consisted of bakery items. There was one person making omelets and even though I wanted one, I ended up getting out of line and helped myself to the breakfast bar because the wait time was so long. I would come back but most likely wuld upgrade to a better room next time.

Our first room had a leak so we got moved to what we were promised was a great room down the way. The bathtub tap leaked constantly, they said they would send maintenance but it never happened. There was never a second toilet paper roll put in by the cleaners so we had to go request one late at night and wait quite a while for it. I used soap and the hand towels to clean the front and back of the bathroom door which was gross. The bathroom sink also constantly smelled like sewer backing up so we would plug the sink and keep the door closed. We also ended up the whole family in the king bed because the front area with the hide a bed was so noisy and so was the pull out bed itself!

The carpet in the rooms and hallways need to be updated. No blow dryer in the room and toilet paper holder was broken. But overall the stay was nice and it was quiet in the hallways.

There was a cockroach in the entrance for 2 days. No one ever cleaned it and the floors were always dirty. They never had towels in the pool area. Housekeeping took all of our towels but never replaced them and didn't restock our toilet paper or our conditioner or body wash.

The water in the tub ran all day and night. The room got really steamy and wouldn’t cool off. We had to prop our door open to help cool it off and let the humidity go down. I did enjoy the pool and spa, I really liked how they opened early and stayed open late. It allowed me to come back from my activities during the day to enjoy the amenities. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff did a good job at keeping the tables clean for the next person to be able to sit and enjoy their meals.

The kitchen open daily would be an added bonus. Heater/ climate control in the rooms so requesting a space heater wouldn’t be necessary. The pool was great for the kids but the towel service was lacking especially at peak times when staff can see the high usage from themselves towels should be in abundance without guest having to request nightly
