12/3/25 First I want to say that the only reason that my review is not lower is because of Boris. He did a great job to fix the problems we had. He was the only employee at the front desk that actually took the time to listen and cared to make our stay here a better. The stay here started off bad. The night I checked in, I waited at the front desk for a few minutes until an employee came from the back asked if I was checking in. Me and my family then got into our room. When we walked in, we immediately got a whiff of a sewer-like smell. The bathroom had a leak which I assumed why it smelled so bad, but we tried to not think too much about it since it was already really late. We then tried to wash our hands in the sink which was located outside of the bathroom for some reason, and found out that the sink was clogged. We called to the front desk where the same employee that checked us in answered. We let him know about the sewer smell and the clogged sink, and how we would liked to see if we could move rooms. He quickly said that there were no other rooms and that we would have to wait for maintenance to come in at 7 to do anything. He said what he could do for now is bring us a bunch of towels so we could soak up the water. And to use the other sink. He didn’t seem to care much about the problem or make our stay better. Thank you Boris for making the rest our stay here great. The rest of the hotel is great, but rooms with leaks or bad smell should not be open for booking.

Check in was great. Boris helped me and he was very pleasant. I told him it was my daughter’s birthday and he gave me a gift card for the arcade. The room was clean and bigger than expected. Later in the evening I Purchased 2 frozen pizzas in the snack shop in the lobby. Both pizzas were extremely moldy. Brought them back to the front desk and Victoria said “That sucks. I’m not a manager so there’s nothing I can do. I’ll get a manager…” she was gone quite a while and I had to wait a while for the manager to come. The manager explained that the snack shop is owned by a third party and they can’t give out the contact info but that she requested a refund on my behalf. It will take 5 business days. I really hope I get it. After that, the manager told me to throw the moldy pizzas away and she left… not great customer service. The indoor pool water was dirty - lots of clumps of hair at the bottom and it smelled strongly of chemicals. Also there were no towels at the pool. I had to call and request towels for the room and those took an hour to get there Went to the arcade and several of the games were out of order.

The room was filthy. There was mold in the coffee pot in our room. There was mildew all over the bathroom. The pullout bed was broken. My granddaughter found several cockroaches during breakfast. I have photos of all of it! We requested toilet paper and it took several calls and arrived several hours later. Our pillow had no pillow cases and the blankets were dirty. My husband had to stay awake till 12:30am to receive a clean pillow.
