Service was non existent, as well as cleanliness. Dirty walls, cockroaches and other bugs. We were there for 3 nights and never received housekeeping or at least clean towels. Will probably never stay again. Gentlemen at the desk however was very nice and the neighborhood was pleasant as well.

As soon as I opened the door I got an intense smell of smoke even though I booked nonsmoking. There were cigarettes hole burns in the blanket and the 2 tiny pillows on the king bed were as thin as paper. The bathroom was also very gross. I was only in the room for 3 minutes and went down to ask to cancel my stay because the room was unacceptable. I was told to contact Expedia and was only given partial refund because they needed to “collect payment” for the night even though I immediately went back to the front desk after checking in to explain the conditions. The outside of the rooms was also very dirty and the parking spots are small. Just spend the extra cash and go to a nicer place.

Room looked clean but air conditioning didn’t work, door didn’t latch, they had a sign saying you couldn’t refuse room service but if something went missing or lost or damaged it wasn’t their responsibility, they had a sign with their rules of conduct saying the police patrolled the building frequently and you had to use the deadbolt for your safety, they had trash everywhere in the buckets. The bathroom and room was very outdated. The tv didn’t work. Floors were wooden or vinyl but very very dirty. Instantly turned my daughter’s socks black. We booked for 2 nights, cancelled 1 night and appreciate they refunded it. But all we did was shower and leave that same day. We didn’t even sleep the night there because of how unsafe and dirty it was. The pool area looked dirty. It looks like a lot of people live there. I would not recommend for a family at all as I didn’t feel safe with my 3 children. I wish I would’ve taken pictures to show the condition of the rooms but you definitely pay for what you get. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is a cheap orange country motel, it's old and grimy. I didn't like that they charged me an extra $20 cash to extend my stay there on the third night. They didn't do that last time and I didn't appreciate it.

I just went to extend my stay here for one day. This hotel requires an additional $20 cash only to extend each day you extend. I've never run across that before.

There was cockroaches everywhere in our room including inside fridge and shower tube. Not to mention the stained towels and sheets. Nights stands were repaired with any leftover wood from a construction site. Cops patrolling the motel regularly for drug trafficking. Guess there are mostly residents. Definitely not a place to wind down after a long day of touring the town. Not worth staying for any rate.
