The room was very clean, quiet hotel. The pool was great that Jacuzzi was great. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful set up for Christmas. I love the hotel. They actually gave me free upgrade for bunkbeds for the kids shaped like a castle. The kids loved it.

This is a great option for staying near Disneyland. It is nestled between the I-5 freeway and the back side of the park. You can see the fireworks from the parking lot. It is loud, and you will hear it in your room. We were on the freeway side so we had traffic noise, but it was tolerable. The staff is great; and the Deli was awesome. The shuttle to and from the hotel runs every half hour, so it’s very convenient. The room was clean and well stocked, and the beds were comfortable.

Beautiful grounds, spacious rooms, courteous, helpful staff, AND a free shuttle to Disneyland that was always on time. The only negative was a small, dated bathroom, but it was spotless and had big fluffy towels so it didn’t matter that much.

We used to come here back in the day when it was a Sheraton, it still holds the same charm and is the new place to stay when we get away for a disney weekend.

You get what you pay for. Hotel rooms are super outdated. Beds squeak, dusty furniture, bathrooms are small and bathtub had dirty water. Only plus was the super nice housekeeping staff and the shuttle was convenient since the hotel is kinda far to walk with young kids.

I was asked if I had a room preference when checking in and told the gentleman that I’d just prefer a room that’s good for a four year old since I was traveling with my child. He put us in a room with the pool right outside. There was loud blasting music and screaming kids until 10:00 PM that night. So frustrating to try and get my child to sleep through that. The bathroom had hair all over the base of the tub when we checked in and it gross. The ice maker had black mold around the base where the ice comes out so that wasn’t safe to use. We’ve stayed here multiple times over the years for the convenience to Disneyland, and the shuttle drivers are amazing and kind and so helpful, but the last two experiences have been a disappointment. We will be looking elsewhere to stay from here on out.

The a/c in the room didnt work so we got moved to another room. The staff did a really good job at accomodating us in that manner. I gave this hotel 3 stars mainly because of their restaurant in the main lobby, not the sushi one. My steak came back overcooked and when i sent it back the server came back and told me that the cook said it was a perfect medium rare because it was a little pink in the center. Mind you a medium rare steak should be a warm red center. I told the server to just cancel the steak and to please just charge

The staff were very helpful and gave us a joining room for 8 people at the last minute before we flew out. The pool was clean The all buffet was small but had everything you need to have a great dinner. $22.00 dollars is of today. Rooms are clean and large but dated, could used a update overall we will stay again when need. This was our second time..
