The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we loved the shuttle to Disneyland, but we did not get the rooms that we reserved on our reservation, buffet food was not worth the price, the sheets on our bed were ripped. The bathroom very outdated. And the shampoo smelled very old . We only stayed 2 nights so was ok .

Its always so magical to stay here. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the shuttle services are great. You can see the fireworks from outside the hotel, no need to stay late at the park if you have little ones.

the hotel itself was nice. we were put at a seperate building that was almost falling apart. the remote did not work for the tv. the cleaning was nice and the staff were very friendly but the building we were in felt like it was the first building this hotel ever had and never made any improvements.

Have stayed at this location many times with my family. It is one of my wife’s favorite hotels in the area. Until she finally agreed with me on this trip. The lobby is always beautiful and the front desk welcoming. This visit I noted trash outside the front doors scattered around. When arriving to our room, beds were hard, the power outlets were so worn, nothing could be plugged in without being braced by something. The tub on the first drained slow and the shower had minimal water pressure. The trash cans missed liners. We ignored all of this because it was a short trip for only 3 nights and room was inexpensive. But on night 2 the bathtub had completely stopped draining and we called down to get it fixed and we were told there was nothing they can do and to call in the morning because it was after 11pm. So my wife and daughters weren’t able to bathe after a day in Disneyland. The next day was the same issue and we called, we were told they had no idea what we were talking about and “nobody called and no work order had been placed to fix it.” We were told that it will be fixed later in the day and we went back the park that day. We were called and a voicemail left saying they were unable to fix it and we can move to a room across the hall. With that news on our last day, we figured we would head back as soon as fireworks were over. When we got back, we were told that there were no more rooms on that floor to change into. After my wife spoke with them one magically appears.

The first room we were given smelled bad and was on the outskirts of the property. We were moved to a better room. The room was clean & served its purpose. Some of the staff was not friendly. The bus schedule to the park is wrong. They say it comes twice an hour at 15 min and 45 but this is not true in our case. When folks depend on the ride, they should stick to their schedules. We won’t be staying here again.

Theme and decorations were excellent. Staff were kind and courteous. We usually stay at the Disney or the California grand but with the transportation to the park, the large rooms and the price, I think we prefer your hotel for our next stay. Great place to stay !

first time staying there. overall was good, though I wish they would have offered free parking for disabled veterans, but you have to book through the hotel's site to get that. Also no microwave in the room.

The noise from what we rhink was the freeway made it impossible to sleep. It sounded like semi trucks every few seconds all.night long even with a large box fan we brought we didnt get any sleep.
