We've stay here all the time. The hotel is very helpful/friendly to all your needs. Cant best the price's for our stay. The shuttle to and from Disneyland is a plus!! Th3 pool is very clean. The restaurant is good a little pricey. We will definitely be back.

On our 10th stay here, the shuttle continues to be the brightest part. When we had AC issues in the beginning, the engineer service was quick. However, Poor customer service and management assistance ultimately defined our stay. When we voiced a concern regarding the cleanliness of the room we were met with push back, questioning and overall argumentative nature from the hotel manager.

Really enjoyed the time here, we stayed for 4 nights while we visited Disney. The location was great , room was cosy and clean and the services on site were excellent. The photographs dont do the hotel justice as it is nicer in person than on the web site.

Had a wonderful experience! They were so nice and even gave us an upgrade! Very friendly staff! Beautiful property! You can see the Disneyland fireworks perfectly from the hotel!

Pros: our space was large and the decor was minimal but fit the theme. Cons: there was peeling wallpaper, a broken/bent wall lamp, moldy caulking around the sink rim, and poor repairs (caulking behind the toilet/wall).

It had an asthetic appeal from the outside. It didn't provide loading unloading in front of the lobby door, it was reserved for shuttles
