Going from best to worst

We stayed in that hotel already but this time it seemed that the hotel is going from best to worst on their customer service and the rooms. The shower was bad and the water would drain really slow and the restroom was so small and we payed more than the regular rooms. I’m gonna consider other hotel next time we go to Disneyland.

Wonderful stay! We are local and I’ve always wanted to stay here just by the look of the outside. So glad we finally did for our Labor Day Disney staycation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice nice (castle two queen bed room) two entry access. One to the main hallway and the other out to the courtyard, what a LOVELY surprise!!! We could see the fireworks right outside our door. Food at the restaurant was very good and well priced for the area. Pool and spa were also well maintained and good size. The shuttle to the park was always on time and so convenient. The lobby was decorated beautifully for fall/halloween. Over all we are so happy we stayed here and can’t wait to again! Very very pleased.
