Best and cleanest hotel. 20 minute walk to Disney with so many options for restaurants. The customer service was exceptional. My son had a fall and they sent some customer reps right away with meds, care and a bear. We will definitely be back.

This property really doesn't feel like a JW Marriott. It doesn't have the full resort feel, and the service is just okay, not the friendliest employees ever. No hot tub, limited amenities. Should probably be rebranded to just a normal Marriott instead of a JW.

A perfect stay! New and very clean and all the team we encountered were friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Disneyland and conveniently located near the cheesecake factory and other dining options.

Came in early from our international flight around noon, check in is at 4pm, saw us with our daughter asleep and they let us check in early with no extra cost. Shopping mall at and restaurants where you can walk to, cheesecake factory etc, and play area for kids to play.

Property was clean and staff very helpful. 2 things that the hotel needs to get better at: 1. Staff response time for housekeeping and in room dinning. Every night unasked for something or ordered something it took more than an hour for it to arrive and only because I had to call back and remind 2. Shower heads are appalling. Hardly any pressure. A shower that takes me 10min took me at least half an hour.
