PROS-Loved how close this was for Disneyland, just a brief walk to the resort! Price was great! Housekeeping was great, we got a lot of towels and wash clothes no questions asked! Loved it was close to McDonald's for breakfast (next door). After we checked out, they contacted my cell phone since someone from our party was thought to have left an electric shaver in the room. Upon follow up we learned it wasn't ours but the fact that they tried to coordinate returning something accidentally left was very thoughtful. CONS-Disappointed that the Two-Room Family Suite (while having 1 king, 2 queens, and a sleeper sofa) only had 1 bathroom, that was a problem for just 5 of us. We would have gotten 2 rooms adjacent to each other next time. I suggest updating the website listing this type of room only has 1 bathroom, it is silent on that. The accommodations appeared dated, could have been refreshed a little. Disliked the wall mounted air conditioning type, since it blows air on you during the night and caused discomfort for members of our party. Parking wasn't clear to me that it was valet until they chased me down and told me since I went down to park myself, but we didn't have any problems with it, it is a tight lot so I understand the reason. Immediately after our stay I had numerous bug bites on my leg and shoulder (type unknown), but I was the only one in our party that had this happen so it may have been a coincidence but I was concerned it may have been bed bugs(?)

The only thing we liked about this hotel that is close to the theme park so convenient to be able to walk from Disney to the hotel in only few minutes. The room is cleanliness was average and the beds were to lumpy need upgrades. And the shower curtain was install to high that it does not cover the bathtub and all the water just pours out, lol. The disappointment was that it only has valet parking and no self parking which you are open too theft. I have a collection of many patches on the headliner of my car and I noticed two of my patches were stolen. I spoke to one the valet team and just let them know one of his coworkers got me on this one.

I didn’t know that you had to have valet service. The toilet was broken and they didn’t tell us we had to use our card key for the front lights to work. I also had a problem with billing and they never got back to me.

Easy check-in. Stayed on 5th floor toward back of property. Very quiet. Room was very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable for a good night sleep after a day at the parks. The location is literally at Disney’s doorstep! Great stay!!

VALET-only, Loud A/C, Cheap mattress

Don’t get me wrong, you CAN’T beat the price/location and I will DEFINITELY consider staying here again, BUT…the listing is a little misleading when it says “Parking Available” but your only option is Valet ($51.48 for 2 nights). Paying for Valet upon check-in is not the issue; the feeling of being misled and not knowing this was going to happen is the issue…The room was amazing (online photos were accurate), but the A/C unit under the window was excessively loud (regardless of the different settings we tried)…Mattress was cheap (coil springs). Not horrible, but not great either…Staff was wonderful! In summary…Upgrade the mattress, fix/replace the A/C unit, and accurately mention the Valet-only parking situation, and this hotel is easily a 5/5 (not a 3.5/5 as I have rated it).

It’s a nice, walkable location to Disneyland. Don’t expect too much from this hotel since it’s just an inn, but overall it’s nice with spacious rooms. Two issues I had were: one of the towels had what seemed like a blood spot, and the AC was very noisy, which made it hard to sleep. However, this is the nature of wall-through AC units and not really a management issue.
