Really close to Disneyland

Pool was small but nice, staff was friendly, could see Disney's firework show from balcony. Nice how close it was to McDonalds. WARNING: Probably makes sense tp stay here if you are going to Disney park. Fireworks are loud and people coming and going early and late to the park can easily be heard. Walking distance to the park was about 5 minutes, which was amazing. Prime location for family Disney goers. Cute shop was attached call Merlin's Market place. Had a lot of cute Disney/Harry Potter stuff. (And snacks!)

Love how close to the parks it is, the rooms are a nice size too, very convenient. The pool is a plus too, great view for the fireworks, plus there is stroller rental on site, much more comfortable than park strollers

Good stay for Disneyland trip

The location for a Disneyland trip is great - right across the street and easily walkable. The room was clean and the room large but it is an older hotel.

Overall, stay was very good. Room was nice , spacious My only issue was with parking, it is valet, i had gotten my keys to get something out of my car, and forgot to give them back before heading to the park. While at the park , ( Disneyland) i received a phone call from the hotel letting me know, that i neede to return my car keys because they needed to move my car. I left the park to go return my keys, and was told by the valet, that they didn't need to move my car , they just need to have my keys, that was a little inconvenient

The location to Disneyland was amazing and there is close access to restaurants and shops. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was that it was a little noisy.

Awful service for being in a high demand location

Service is bad from the second you step up to the reception desk. Staff is super unwilling to provide service so you can forget about expecting friendliness here.

Clean, comfy, water pressure sucked.

Great location, pretty much right across from entrance to Disneyland. Room was clean with comfortable beds and lots of storage. The water pressure was terrible in the shower, but that was really the only negative.

Extremely helpful staff, check in and check I it was quick and easy. We were able to leave our bags with front desk for a few hours while we visited Downtown Disney and waited for our ride to the airport. Rooms are extremely spacious and were clean. Only downfall was the pool is only 3.5 ft deep so kids were a little bummed out.
