The room was clean, house keeping did a great job refreshing and replenishing the room daily. The location of course is fantastic, just right across the street from the main entrance. The breakfast was good. The breakfast staff was great. The parking is terrible. The spaces are extremely close together, too tight and close together, not enough spaces. There is only one elevator on each set of rooms(not conveniently located). It was LOUD. Every night you can hear people racing up and down the street, honking and revving. When people walk by the hotel door it is very loud and you can hear through the walls pretty good.

The room itself smelled. We booked two queen bedrooms, one of which was beyond uncomfortable and noisy, and my son ended up sleeping on the floor. The restroom fan was so loud that it sounded like it was going to either explode or break. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told they were unable. Horrible and yet so sad, because we have stayed here before and never experienced such a horrific stay.

Room was good. I went to the office to buy water for my family and the self pay kiosk wasn't working so I couldn't get water. Also the vending machine wasn't working so I couldn't get water there either. Had to go to the market across the parking lot to finally get some water.

They charge $30 per day for parking (I think the price is high). esp since the rates for the rooms are on the higher side as well. -Breakfast is served which makes it uncomfortable to ask for seconds. The line can be quite long and the breakfast room is quite congested..esp since most folks are waiting for go to Disney land by 7.30 in the morning.
