Great stay at Hyatt House! Breakfast was really good with lots of variety and space. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location is super convenient—just a short walk to Disneyland. Only suggestion is to improve bathroom amenities like adding moisturizer and better soap containers.

We’ve stayed at Hyatt House Anaheim for nearly a decade, but this last visit was a huge disappointment. Our room was not cleaned well during our stay (bathroom was not cleaned, counters not wiped, floors not vacuumed), the dresser was broken, and the adjoining door was stuck with paint. The pool—one of the main reasons we book here for our kids—was closed with no prior notice, and when it reopened it was dirty and unusable. We also had no hot water one morning, again with no communication. This property used to be our go-to over Disneyland hotels and Airbnbs, but the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and communication on this stay has us rethinking future visits.

By far it was the worst hotel stay we have ever had. We had no access to water, when we checked in at 11:20pm and water shut off at midnight. Buckets set out throughout our room floor Again, we were not notified that our floor was flooded, we arrived back to the hotel around 10:30 pm and seen the carpet had been pulled out and there were fans, buckets and hoses throughout, with no warning, no warning at all even though I was asked for my cell phone number and email at check in. After a long day at Disneyland all my family and I wanted to do was shower, however that was not possible as there was no hot water. The day of checkout, we had to carry our luggage and try to void all the water coming from the ceiling, the pipes laid out throughout, and buckets set up everywhere. I paid a good chunk of money for this hotel stay and unfortunately, we did not have access to the minimum necessities and kindly ask that I be refunded for this hotel stay. I seen how overwhelmed the staff was during my check out so I elected to send an email. I hope you are able to assist me, if you are not the correct person to speak to, please direct

Highly unsatisfied with my stay at this property. I will not be returning while we were there. They did have an unfortunate issue with maintenance. However we were not offered a room on a different floor. We were unable to take a shower as there was no water pressure and we were unable to sleep at night as the air vents were blowing all night long in the hallway with the water leak that they were trying to fix. I was promised compensation from the hotel in regards to the inconvenience that we experienced. I am a Hyatt rewards member. Not only did I not receive the compensation promised, I reached out to the hotel twice via email about the experience and both of my emails went unanswered

Girl’s Weekend

I reserved a room for a girl’s trip to Disneyland. We only stayed one night and wished it had been a longer stay. I was able to do a pre-check-in and we even got to have breakfast before heading off to the “happiest place on earth.” The breakfast was included in the price and it was more than a continental breakfast. We were exhausted when got back to the Hyatt in the evening. We are all in our 50s so the room had to be comfortable. It did not disappoint. The room was spacious, the room temperature was perfect, the linens and pillows were fresh and very comfortable. There were even black-out blinds. The front desk staff were all very nice too. We all agreed we would stay there again.

Nice hotel just don’t get why hotels are charging for parking? I paid $123 just for parking as if the $218 they charge a night isn’t enough.
