The area felt unsafe especially since it had the room door outside. It was clean and pretty quiet though. A little too far to walk to Disneyland though.

I stayed here on a solo disney trip. My room was towards the back on the upper middle. Very comfortable room. Traffic on Katella did not bother me, I slept very well. I appreciated the coffee machine in the lobby and the to go snack bag. I did not use any of the Dennys vouchers.

Unfortunately, we had to call in night 1 to report that our shower was dirty (other peoples hair all over shower) and that our sink would not drain. I requested service for our room and while our shower was cleaned that next morning, our sink was never fixed. I would’ve thought we’d be offered to move rooms or more support from the hotel to make us feel welcome/concerns alleviated. I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend for others.

We had an amazing experience

Both me and my kids love this hotel so much we booked it for a second night from the huge pool to the warm Jacuzzi to the super comfortable beds. Everything was absolutely perfect and most definitely to our standards. Looking forward to our next day. Thank you for having us.

Great location 15mins walk from Downtown Disney. A safe walk even late at night. Breakfast is only for 2 in Denny’s but if you each order pancakes this will feed more than 2. There is an entertainment district to the right, with lots of hotels (Anaheim Resort Area)and a McDonald’s to the left (use a car). The hot tub is great.
