The rooms were bare did not look like the picture. The room was either hot or very cold. The couch was a very uncomfortable and dirty. The only thing good was the people that work. There were very very nice.

I usually don’t leave reviews but the stay here was just not possible for me. The rooms are not sound proof so you could hear every single sound and noise coming from next door and outside. I could not sleep at all during the night due to the constant noise. The bed would also make a giant metal noise when I would sit on it. As so for the breakfast there is only bread, cereal, and drinks. I would’ve expected there to be atleast eggs or some kind of protein. The sheets and the floor had abit of stains on them. The parking itself was a nightmare because it would be full by the time I came back from my destination. The only good thing I’ve experienced was the customer service and the staff.

Sheets dirty and old. Toilet very dis functional. Floors dirty. Staff using the leaf blower in the parking lot and literally blowing a massive cloud of dirt and dust, and leavall over the customer’s vehicles. All this while I’m simply trying to get my bags out of my vehicle.

The stay was safe parking was good too not much parking options small parking area guest service was great 10/10 place is affortable, area was nice. I give overall 4/5 just wasnt was I really wanted but again its really affortable and you get what you paid for. I might use it again for a disney stay. Offers breakfast and ice machine really helps 👌

We got two room. For our families. Perfect place to stay with the family. Walking distance to places. Family oriented. Staff in front counter was friendly, welcoming. We booked last minute and they were accommodating. Parking gets packed but they had a spot where we could park. I recommend it. Would book again.

First of all, horrible service?? ALL employees; except one, were unavailable, as well as he was terrible at explaining and uncooperative. Kept saying, "Nuh uh wait for my manager to explain." Not even mentioning false advertisement? "Refundable" Then it isn't? They said "Switched last second or a different hotel under same business." The hell? So this hotel is trash and not the one in Texas even though its the same brand? Speaking of inconsistency, 1 night is 112... Next night is 300?! "They spike due to events" So this business just wants our money? Talk about greedy corporation. Futhermore, the room I booked had 5 BUGS AT A SINGLE GLANCE! No entry required to scare the hell out of me at this trash hotel! Overall, bad service, questionable cleaniness, plus you have to book 1 year prior to get a half decent sale, inconsistent prices, greedy corporation with no morality? Feel like employees are robots. If you like suffering, bugs, sleep induced employees, and playing Elden Ring in real life by talking to a quest NPC, then this is the hotel for you!

A great short stay
I booked Capri because of the proximity to Disneyland. We had a 3 bed suite that fit the 4 of us comfortably and was very clean. The staff from the front desk to the breakfast ladies to the cleaning staff were all friendly and provided excellent customer service.

A great short stay
I booked Capri because of the proximity to Disneyland. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room decor was Star Wars themed and that the light sabers mounted on the wall actually lit up. Ours was a 3 bed suite that fit the 4 of us comfortably and was very clean. The staff from the front desk to the breakfast ladies to the cleaning staff were all friendly and provided excellent customer service.
