The main building seems nice but our room was in the building over and it was hot in the hallways like the AC wasn’t working. We got a family suit and it was nice a spacious. The bunk bed was my daughter’s favorite. The hotel overall is a little rundown. Cracks in the grout, carpet need attention and floors in the bathroom didn’t look the cleanest. The shower head vibrated when you turn them on.

The room definitely accommodated my family and I and everyone had their own space to sleep. The beds were comfortable. Even my daughter was impressed with the pull out couch. The only thing I thought was different was that for the amount we paid, there was’t complimentary breakfast.

This room was perfect for our two older boys or infant and us. There was a bunk bed for the boys and a door that closes off for us. The hall way was hot. But it was just hot in general in California. The place was amazing. I'd stay here again with our family.

The staff was very nice. There is a few things they need to work on I felt. Checking in took forever and after a long drive to get there that wasn’t good. They were Understaffed and only had one person working the front desk on a Friday night. Line was ridiculously long. The Room was ok. Not enough counter space or areas to put anything, just one small table. we had 6 people in the family suite, so you need room for food, etc. the bathroom floor didn’t look like it had been mopped for some time either. When at the pool, the bathroom there smelt horribly. I thought it was just that one time, but unfortunately it remained the whole time of our stay. Not sure they cleaned it very often?? On the overall it was an ok place to stay, and I would probably pick another hotel in that area next trip if I had the choice.

We enjoyed it. No parking fees which is nice, not sure why hotels charge fees anyway. Our rooms don’t get cleaned daily. Have to get our own towels. The shame Poo, confitería and boy soap dispensers were empty even after the day they cleaned. It was quiet in our area.
