Staff was great but room was dirty. Furniture falling apart Elevator hand rail also falling off. We only stayed one night could not sleep because there was something leaking from the vent by the entrance. Beds are very uncomfortable. Convenience is great. But the cons are too much for us.

The room was clean. The gront Desk staff were very nice and helpful. The location is great. Just a short walk to Disneyland. The only bad thing was that the beds are horribly uncomfortable and the pillows were awful.

The desk staff was amazing. Jenny greeted us and seems genuinely happy to have us. She offers good advice and went above and beyond for our arrival after the long drive down. The Portofino holds great memories for our sons from years back when we would get the rooms with bunk beds and returning with a 21 yr old son was a pleasure once again.

We were first give a key to a room that was still occupied! The second room had a kids shoe left under the sink. You are charged $20/a day for a resort fee. I wouldn’t call this a resort. It was convenient to Disney and restaurants.

The hotel was the perfect size for a group of six. It was about a 5-10 minute walk to Disneyland. There is also a CVS and Coffee Bean without having to leave the parking lot. The pool was heated and the hot tub was nice. The kids enjoyed playing in it. There is not much parking right outside the buildings. It was easier to park in the larger structure and walk down to the hotel. We stayed in the separate tower and had access directly onto Harbor Blvd. The room could’ve been a little cleaner, but for the price and convenience to the Disneyland Resort, I would definitely stay here again.

We love this place. We’ve stayed there twice now and will be back for sure, the bunkbeds were perfect for the kids. The beds are comfortable. The staff is amazing.

We stayed for a week and the staff from check in was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, service from our cleaning ladies were excellent and gave us the 4 towel sets because there was 4 of us, anytime we needed something we just asked the front desk and no problems. Parking was tight some days but there’s more in a garage nearby, it’s really not that far. There’s security in the area and they were all respectful and friendly not creepy. Disneyland entrance is about 3 blocks away so you also don’t hear all the noise that comes from there. It’s close to the convention center and there’s CVS and Walgreens on the corner open 24 hours in case you need something. We Will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Anaheim.
