The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were in one of the older buildings, so if that bothers you it might not be for you, but it was still clean and quiet. Good walking distance to Disneyland. The text service was an easy and efficient way to communicate and made the check in and request process seamless.

There was only 1 working elevator in our building. Made it extremely difficult to get to and from our room. We had small children and a double stroller so stairs were not an option, especially not for the price. We waited 10-20 minutes each time. The one working elevator was very small so it had limited capacity. Would be a fine option for older kids. WiFi was an issue as well, and parking is not included in the room cost. It is really close to the parks which was nice.
