This was our second time staying here. The room was fine for our family. Only frustration was the room we booked said it sleeps five in the listing, but when we arrived they said it would be an extra $20 a night for another bed. When we asked they said the listing said that based on fire code and not actual beds?? Other issue was they accidentally gave us the keys for the people that checked in before us. So we got locked out after a long day at Disneyland.

Room service did an excellent job cleaning and replacing towels/toilet paper daily. Very quiet facilities. Was great coming home to a clean and put together room after spending a long day at the parks.

Staff was very nice, clean room, comfortable, loved the little balcony we had. Close to Disney, right off the freeway, parking was $29, which wasn’t mentioned on the site. Deposit on the room $50. We stood for one night. Will definitely book again. The Anaheim shuttle does run thru there if you don’t want to pay for parking at Disney.

Disappointing Stay The only positive aspect of this hotel is the easy walking distance to Disneyland. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience did not match the advertising or expectations. We booked a Park View Superior Room, but the view was primarily of the water park—not Disneyland. You can barely see the tip of the Matterhorn. The room itself felt dated despite claims of recent renovations in Building 1. The tub grout and shower were noticeably dirty, and overall the room did not feel refreshed or well-maintained. There is no housekeeping service unless you stay three nights, which was surprising for a hotel at this price point. Basic amenities were also lacking. The provided lotion and soap were extremely small, and although there were pump dispensers for shampoo and conditioner, they appeared dirty. The on-site “amenities” are minimal. The gift shop sells things like water and individual creamer packets for coffee. The restaurant, Mimi’s Café, is not part of the hotel, is located across the street, and does not offer free breakfast. We tried it once and the food was cold—and unfortunately it made my daughter sick. The beds were uncomfortably hard, and despite advertising, there is no room service. Strollers and scooters displayed in the lobby are not provided by the hotel; they are simply advertisements for an external rental company that you must call separately. Room was pretty clean and super spacious, on the second floor they have arches that will definitely give you a lot of daylight inside the room, staff was awesome, amenities are old but they work. Internet was almost unusable. Shower head was super low and we are short people, that’s to give you an idea lol. Outside noise wasn’t bad.

Room was clean and well appointed! Comfy bed, plenty of "elbow room", and wonderfully close to the Disney parks!! Grandpa & Grandma stayed in a King room, our kids and grandkids had a Queen + bunks room. Everyone was happy! Would recommend to families for sure.

The room was spotless!! Everything in the room was in order, beds were made and blankets were tucked tightly at an angle. I had surprised my mom in our hotel room and had gotten large confetti on the carpet. Our 3rd night was staff night and everything was vacuumed and cleaned again for us!
I had already sat on the left bed, but the right side had not been touched, other than gifts! So neat!
