Their guidance and communication on purchasing shuttle tickets and where to catch the shuttle needs major improvement! I wasted $20 dollars on tickets we could not use and didn’t use. $20 dollars is a lot of money with the inflation of goods. Your breakfast items could use improving. Your rooms were great.

This place has really gone down hill. We have stayed here many times over the years. Since Covid their cleanliness has really gone down. Maybe new owners? The first room we were in had a terrible smell like a bathroom spray that had been sprayed all over the room and ac unit. It was visible on the ac unit (greasy) and it was on the comforters as well as the carpet. My daughter and I had an immediate reaction to the fragrance or so we thought at the time. We were moved to a second room that had visible mold. Our headache and breathing was terrible in this room as well. This room had a ver musty smell to it. We learned that they must use the room spray to mask the smell. Also this room had crazy mold on the ac unit and a terrible ice machine near the entrance that was so loud. Lastly, the second room had a dirty comforter with burrito on it. Gross!

Only one outlet available aside from the one in the restroom area, which was a bit of an inconvenience with multiple devices to charge. The rooms are definitely in need of upgrades. The restroom is small. The breakfast is okay, glad that it was available. We used the Toy Story parking shuttles and it was an easy walk from the hotel. Staff interaction was minimal, only for checking in and out.

We love the rooms and facility, free breakfast and proximity to Toy Story parking. We’ve stayed in the Tuscany family suite at least 10 times and the recent charging for parking is leading me to look at other properties. Otherwise, the beds are comfy, rooms are clean. I wish the jacuzzi was hotter with later hours to be able to soak after a long day on our feet!

Clean room with very comfy beds. Breakfast was different each day. Not a ton to choose from but it was changed daily which was nice. Staff were very helpful! I would stay here again. Great location!!

The room was not fully cleaned, there was hair from the previous guests in the shower, the floor and the sink. This is not a 8.2 star hotel like stated, I would give it a 5. The carpet, although vacuumed, it felt dirty and old. The hotel is old and runned down. I would compare it to a Mot3l 6 hotel.

This is our 3rd time staying here and will definitly stay here again for our next Disney trip! Customer service is excellent and very kind. They stored our bags as well since we got there early from our flight and a room wasn’t ready yet. We spend most our time in the parks, and the rooms are comfortable and have everything we need for the minimal time we spend there. About a 15 minute walk to the Disney main entrance. The Toy Story parking lot is close by and can save you some walking steps, but it doesn’t really save you on time to and from the parks, and it’s about a 5 minute walk across that parking lot to get to and from the hotel. Breakfast is convenient with hot and cold options. We felt safe and the location was quiet.
