I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Two of the days of my stay all of the water was shut off from 9 am to 6 pm. preventing use of showers, toilets, sinks etc. The notices of the shut-off were provided with little notice- effectively preventing cancellation of the reservation without financial penalty which was disrespectful. No one would knowingly rent a hotel room which lacked basic services and sanitation.

The water pressure was pretty low, BUT we were told they are updating the hotel next month so perhaps new shower heads? and we did not have a do not disturb sign in the room and were told it wouldn't be cleaned till the third day but we came back to the room to find it had been cleaned, and my partner doesn't like that. so that was kind of annoying. oh and the ice machine closest to the room was broken BUT they did let us check in early so that was a big plus. definitely would probably stay here again. it is so close to the toy story parking lot.

Nice hotel, subpar breakfast

We had a two room suite. Which was perfect for our family. Rooms are spacious which is nice. It’s about a 15 min walk to Disneyland which isn’t too bad. Our youngest is 9 and did just fine. The breakfast was pretty unimpressive. They did have things like sausage patties and eggs in the same shape. One day they had hard boiled eggs but they were cold. No yogurt, no waffle maker, no oatmeal. They did have a jar of oatmeal so you could make your own with hot water. But overall, the breakfast was not great and my kids were pretty bummed out. We will probably not stay here again, due to the distance, the breakfast options being pretty poor, and the rooms are older. Decent, but older. The pool was really well maintained though. And my kids enjoyed a quick dip. Bc it was kind of cold. The hot tub was nice this time of year though. Good hotel, truly. But for a family with growing kids, the breakfast was a huge disappointment.

Appreciated a working hot tub that was clean with the heat and bubble jets working. Breakfast was very good with both food and drink options. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The receipts I was given for my 3-day stay there (which I needed go for work) was complicated and confusing.

This was definitely a get what you pay for situation. The distance nice, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was pretty good, and breakfast was decent. However, our sink drained very slow which was gross to me and not fixed even though we told them about it upon check in. Also, the room smelled very musty which was bothersome. Thankfully we were out of the room all day at the parks so it didn’t impact us too much. With a little maintenance and more upkeep this could be a real gem.

The staff did the best they could considering the water was shut off for two days of my stay. They would not comp me anything and said I had to speak to a GM. I wasn’t able to speak to the GM bc I was doing what I came to Anaheim to do. The water was shut off for two days from 9AM-6PM. They didn’t tell me until the week of my stay that it would be shut off and they originally said it would only be for one day. The water then started coming out of my sink BLACK AND STUNK. after telling the staff they told me they were not authorized to give any refunds per their GM. Bc they told me so last minute of the water shut off I was unable to find an accommodation that wasn’t over charging me. I want to emphasize that the staff was as kind and accommodating as they could be, it was the management that was poor and greedy. If I’m telling the staff that black water is coming out of my sink, considering the management know they’re working on plumbing, the staff should be able to accommodate me and I shouldn’t have to make time to speak to the General Manager who was only there for a few hours.

Great place to stay with abfamily. Older rooms that need updating and new carpets/furniture/less painting over things, but was clean overall. Breakfast was great and a straight walk to Disneyland.

Great location to Disney (walkable) and Toy Story parking area (shuttle across the road to Disney with security check - very convenient). Rooms are nice enough and clean. Breakfast was good but could have had more options. Pool and hot tub are reasonable. Good dining options close by. Would stay here again.
