The room was really good, the pool was clean, the breakfast was good, The staff was really friendly, except for one guy that when I stepped in the lobby I heard him on the phone talking in spanish for at least 3 or 4 minutes, and when I talked to him in spanish he said sorry I don´t speak spanish.

The staff was amazing at Cortona. Very nice and helpful. I also enjoyed their continental breakfast. It was a nice way to start the morning before heading to the parks. Cleanliness wasn’t perfect. There were hairs in the sink and tub before I used them.
