I want to start off by how unfriendly the staff was. When I entered the room I was assigned the TV was broken it had a black line across the screen top half was purple in color and the bottom half was normal color. The image was twitching. I called the front desk and they started questioning my complaint. She told me she would send maintenance. After almost 2 hour wait no one came. I called front desk again and they send maintenance within 5 minutes. Maintenance told me he would switch us rooms since TV was broken. He left and I never heard from him or anyone from the front desk. Next morning I went straight to front desk to complain. She apologized for not getting back to me and told me the maintenance did tell her the TV was operating I told her it was not and explained everything again she put me in a different room. That same day I was ready to leave and noticed the lock on the door of the room she put me in was not working. The room was not locking and call them again. Maintenance manager came and saw the issue and told me he would need to change the whole lock. I have never experienced such service like I did here. I would rate this place a 3/10 I will not be returning again
