I was charged a resort fee at the end of my stay I think it’s ridiculous to spend hundreds of dollars and not be informed once about this fee I would’ve stayed somewhere else that doesn’t charge a resort fee I was under the impression that getting breakfast was apart of the total charges why not put that in your booking listing so that people can choose a different place I go to Disneyland a lot and have stayed at other places that charges for parking and I was told that upfront no hidden cost at the end!!!!

The hotel is close to Disneyland, about a 15-minute walk with an 8-year-old. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is good. However, the rooms are dated and not very clean. The kitchen cabinets had food caked on them, and the knobs were sticky. There was toothpaste on the walls, and the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. We ran everything through the dishwasher before using any of it. When we pulled out the sofa bed, there were food bits inside it. Partway through our stay, housekeeping tidied the room but put dirty dishes back into the drawer with the clean utensils. I brought extra dishwasher tabs so we could run the dishwasher daily. I would also recommend bringing disinfecting wipes to give everything a wipe-down.

We normally stay at Courtyard Marriott Anaheim Theme Park entrance. Going with another family so opted for a more affordable option. Clementine was a great find! We booked the suites and had enough space for 4 adults, 4 children. Breakfast options in the morning included in our hotel fees were surprisingly great! Eggs, cereals, fresh waffles, etc! Walk from Disney entrance was 10-15 mins even with 4 children (aged 8,6,5, and 3) at night wasn’t daunting. Safe and easy. Room was clean, check in and check out were easy. Would recommend to any big families looking for a great option!

Great location (very easy walk to Disney), guest spaces, and rooms (clean and well appointed for a short stay). The in-room coffee maker was broken— but the coffee in the lobby was actually really good, so we didn’t bother to ask for a new one. The breakfast was yummy with lots of choices and even accommodating for food allergies. Very friendly staff! Best part of the stay? MARIO! Mario worked the breakfast and was a bright spot in our day— we looked forward to talking with him every morning. He was there to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed. Would stay at Clementine again!

Room was perfect for our family, staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was the ice makers in fridge made maybe 12-24 cubes a day, which wasn’t enough for our family of 7, and their property ice maker wasn’t working. Free shuttle was available but it was also close enough to walk.

Very spacious room and a/c worked perfectly. The staff wass friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was great. We also loved how convenient that there was a stop for the ART to take us to Disneyland. The only complaint I had was that the ceiling had a few cobwebs and our door from the bedroom to the living room kept getting stuck. Other than that great stay overall, I feel that we will be back!
