This property is within easy walking distance to Disney parks, clean and has some smaller furniture to cater to young children. Breakfast was a buffet style with a good selection. Appartments are clean and spacious. Just be aware some appartments are up a flight of stairs with no elevator

Unreasonable to the point of be idiotic. EVERYONE around the WORLD suffered some kind of loss on 7/18/2024 due to computer shut down. We were no different from that. Our flight was canceled by United Airlines therefore causing us to miss our destination on time. Clementine decided to not acknowledged that fact and stick to their policies even when we contacted them announcing our delay. Their front desk acknowledged on 7/19/2024 then refused to honored their acknowledgement then gave our rooms away. We were stranded at 1am in Los Angeles with kids and no where to go. Andy at the front desk was awfully rude and unsympathetic to that fact. Clementine NEVER even tried to contact us in no shape or form wondering if we were still coming. They wanted us to canceled just to satisfy their policies. To which I declined and Expedia declined to help any further claiming I was not listening.and proceeded to hang up on me to end any further communication. This was highly distasteful to treat anyone let alone your customer. Never again with Clementine.

Great location for visiting Disneyland with a short walk to the park. Also one of few options with full kitchens. Rooms are looking dated and some improvements are needed but overall a good choice and would return

And for those reasons, I’m out.
I have a Disney Magic Key and I go to Anaheim about once a month. I have stayed at different hotels to see which I like and want to make my go to for Disney trips. Of the 10 or so I’ve stayed at - This is the first hotel I will NOT be going back. Tiny gnats and mosquitoes everywhere inside the room (including in the fridge - gross). I put up with it because I wasn’t staying long and spent most time in the Parks. Went home with bites on my arm and broke out in a rash. The room had a fireplace, and wreaked of smoke (in June) and not a cool rustic smoke, but just burning smell. Hotel listed having a shuttle to the parks, when it was actually the City’s public transit system ART (Anaheim Resort Transit). It was not bad at $4-6/trip but not a dependable schedule and I ended either walking or taking Lyft. The only thing I liked was being able to check in early ($35fee) and their ability to give me a downstairs room (no elevators). The room was superficially clean, but water was pooling somewhere to attract all those bugs. The dead gnats in the fridge were the kicker for me. Glad I wasn’t a family looking to make meals in that kitchen. Lastly the layout is a maze of buildings and rooms that don’t make sense and hard to navigate - one of the reasons I gave up on the “shuttle”. If the went to xeriscapes, so wouldn’t have so much standing water, regular maintenance or update plumbing this place may have a chance.

This property is great if you want to be able to prepare your own food. They do have kitchens in some unit but lack adequate cookware. No baking dishes for the oven for example. The unit also had a dishwasher, however it did not effectively wash them and they needed to be hand washed. The room itself was large, spacious and clean. Beds were all clean and comfortable. The televisions didn’t work well. Multiple remotes that don’t actually work and you cannot use hdmi because of this which preventsthe use of firestick or game console. The AC worked fantástica d cooled the entire unit. The shower curtain was too small for the shower causing water to pool outside the shower if you were not careful, and the toilet seat did not properly fit and would not stay up when lifted. These are minor things and had little impact on our vacation, but if they were fixed it would have made the stay perfect. The breakfast here is good and has plenty of hot and cold options for any diet. The rooms are properly insulated and we were not a disturbance to our neighbors nor were we to them. The walk to Disneyland is about 15 minutes, but is a nice, well lit and safe walk for the entire family. Parking here is also convenient and safe. Overall this hotel was an excellent choice for our family vacation and for the price I would recommend it.

A great place for families to have a vacation. If you have older kids who like to play basketball, tennis or volleyball, then you can definitely have fun here as they have all these amenities. Staff are super helpful.

Disappointed and grossed out a bit
Our place was not up to our cleanliness standards inside or out. We had to wipe things down before storing things in the kitchen. There were dead leaves all over the entrance to our suite the entire week. There were spider webs as well due to a lack of upkeep. The laundry room was not accessible for two of the days and another one of the days we had to go to a laundromat. When room service cleaned our room, they neglected to give us enough towels so we could all bathe. When I went to the office to get more towns. I was told to come back in 10 minutes when they had more even though I could clearly see more in the back area. When I came back, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. I will never stay here again. The bathrooms were a bit gross. Don’t trust the picture they show online. It’s not as well kept as they advertise.
