The rooms are quiet and comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, the pool looks clean and nice, and the breakfast was varied and well-stocked. We had a great stay!

The property itself is a nice hotel good selection on the buffet but what really surprise me was the parking fee $30 plus $5.10 in tax and when I booked this hotel, the only thing I saw on the site was self parking did not see a fee of $30 plus $5.10 tax that is absolutely ridiculous. I know other hotels do it but I also know like the best Western is only $20 a day to park your car so this would totally make me think about ever staying there again

It is a lovely hotel with a spacious and beautiful lobby with a very nice area for kids, with books, & showing Disney movies. Our room was very roomy; staff kindly let us check in early. Nice walk to Disneyland. Parking garage nice.

The bathroom sink was backed up with dirt and water. the maintenance man came and worked on it for almost 2 hours and said it was fixed. When I used the toilet 20 minutes later the sink immediately backed up, this time with some weird pinkish brown something. I could not use the sink or the tub. The maintenance man went home for the day and would not be in till 7:30 the next morning. I was not offered another room. I had to take a bath and not drain the tub so as not to flood the room. Their solution was to send up extra towels to soak up the flood. My biggest problem was that they know about this issue. They have had problems with several rooms due to older pipes. That is what I was told when I tried to get help. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

Room was great other than the front part of the room wouldn't cool down. Very clean room, loved the set up and close to the parks. parking wasn't great for me as we still had to pay to park at disney both days as my reservation was only for one night and so didn't get to use the parking except at night so felt i paid for parking 3 times instead of 2

I stayed for a short visit to catch up with friends and visit the nearby parks which were walking distance. Breakfast at this property was convenient and provided a solid variety. I did not take advantage of the pool and hot tub but they were clean and inviting. A 7-11 is right next door and CVS nearby. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I especially appreciated the room service and variety of food offered. Food and service is great. I had trouble with Wi-Fi connection in my room which had to be reset twice while there by maintenance, but other than that a pleasant stay.

Desert Palms Hotel & Suites is conveniently located near Disneyland. It’s a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and met our expectations. Just be aware that parking costs $30 per day

We always stay hear for our week long Disneyland trip. The hotel was great as usual. The breakfast was awful. The same everyday - either scrambled eggs with a sausage patty or a round egg patty with a sausage patty. 1 day they added biscuits and gravy. It has never been like this before. I would of been nice to mix it up and offer bacon. Other than that our stay was good

The fact that you pay so much money for the stay at this hotel minimal after a long day walking and tired you want to come back to your room is to find it clean with the beds made to you to rest. But no the hotel guidelines were to no make the beds unless customers request for it which I find that so ridiculous I will never used DESERT PALMS HOTEL AGAIN in California Anaheim

Great option when visiting Disneyland. Nothing over the top. Old hotel but updated nicely. Has views and reasonable room service dining options. We keep returning although there are many new hotels around because the staff is welcoming and nice.

Not a great stay at all. The staff was very rude and inattentive. Charged me for parking after I arrived (not noted in reservation) and they “parking” was a few spots outside the hotel with no easy access to to inside. Requested extra blankets twice and never received them. A/c only worked in the additional room not the main bedroom. When I mentioned that was unhappy they basically told me that they are a good neighbor hotel close to the park so people will stay anyways. I would recommend other places nearby if you can. Was expensive stay for poor service and an OK room.
