Not enough parking spots for all vehicles. We found previous occupants socks and underwear in room, TV remote did not work, AC did not cool quickly and on last day we had a cockroach in the bathroom. WILL NOT RETURN and when we checked out not much care by staff for these issues!

Nice Rooms, other aspects are questionable.
Overall, nice hotel. Check-in at front desk, with Alex, was very unwelcoming. Made me feel as if I was not welcomed. If parking a car, be prepared! They will ask for all of your vehicles info, license, registration, VIN, names of your first born...etc. Rooms were nice and spacious, and I did not hear any noise from the outside streets. What I did hear though, which was even more annoying, was that that the AC kept turning off and on throughout the night - even though I had shut it off, and it showed OFF on the display. The condenser must have been just outside my window, and it was loud. And even more annoying is that it seemed to be "motion-controlled", so as soon as I would get up to shut it off again, I would hear a click and it would shut down on its own. Another little bit that I didn't consider to be on-the-level is that there are little signs and cards posted through out the rooms and the hotel encouraging you to scan a QR code and "leave a tip if you are enjoying your stay at the Disneyland Resort". It also states "It takes many hands to make the Magic Happen." OK, nice. But this IS NOT A DISNEY HOTEL. It's a misleading ploy to try and snatch a few extra dollars from vacationing families and discredits the hotel overall in my opinion.

Wonderful stay!
Friendly staff, excellent location and view. Breakfast is fairly good except not much daily variations. Love our room with king bed plus a double bunk bed!

They didn’t let us check in till 530. Once we got to the room, it was the smallest room and was assured a California adventure view, which was a wall and not spectacular. The pillows were like cardboard, and I had a stiff neck for the whole trip. They couldn’t bring me anything when I called. I had to end up coming down and getting it myself. And no follow up with any of the concerns. Until Monday when we were leaving.
