Beds hard as a rock, ac didn’t work! Felt insecure windows lock was broken, room smelled disgusting I just went 9/7/25 arrived at midnight.people walking around in parking lots maybe trying to break into cars idk it looked sketchy . And Due to it was right infont of Disneyland since I traveled 4 hrs to get there with my 3 kids ages 2 to 9 and my wife. I didn’t leave the hotel due to it was already late to be looking for something else and be with my children out around 1am. And it was only 3 rooms available in 3 hotels. Biggest mistake I should have picked the others. Am not a picky person but honestly worst experience ever. And paid $380 plus $25.00 parking, for 2 queen beds, 1 room . Insane honestly this hotel is trash! Please don’t waste your time or money it is not worth it here. Not even if they gave me a refund I would be back!!!! Or free night stays all year.

The room and grounds were very clean and well maintained, room was clean and comfortable, the pool was great and the location directly across from Disney a huge plus. The little store was great for beverages, for priced pretty high for other things. My only complaint was housekeeping showing up before nine in the morning, when Disney is open till midnight! We didn’t get housekeeping once because we were leaving the room a little bit later in the morning and staying late at night.

Perfect location for visiting Disneyland and easy to pop back for a break in the middle of the day. The room was clean. Nothing fancy but totally fine. They only dump trash and switch out towels daily—no other housekeeping.

Amazing hotel

The Tropicana never disappoints. It is a clean room. It is fairly updated and very comfortable. The walls are not paper thin. The bathroom is spacious. The beds are spacious enough for two people. The air conditioner works fine. It’s a little loud, but it’s a window AC. so that’s expected. The fridge is great. The TV is great. The service is great. The housekeeping team is very helpful and keeps the property clean. The pool area is great!

Very close to Disney! Staff is always friendly and the walk is so close to the front gates of Disneyland. Hotel rooms are nice and clean. Beds are very comfy! Always will recommend!
