Elevator was broken, you have to call before 11 for room service. Called at 8 and came back 4:30 and they were the cleaning the room. We were on the third floor with kids in a stroller and had to carry them each time up and down. Not accessible

Very affordable stay. Clean rooms. No carpet! We had 6 people in our room (3 adults and 3 kids) in the 2 queen room with bunk beds. There was a small couch as well so my 10 yr old slept on that and everyone got their own bed. Breakfast had biscuits, gravy, egg patties and sausage, tater tot’s and waffles that were already made up for you. Made it easy to just grab and go. Only fruit was oranges. The ART shuttle bus picks up right in front of hotel but at like 7:05 so it’s hard to catch the bus when breakfast doesn’t open until 7:00. Otherwise can walk a block down to the Toy Story parking lot and get free shuttle and go through security to help skip that line at Disney. Uber was about $11 at the end of the night from Disney. Overall a great stay for our needs

Enjoyed our stay. Does was it says on the box. Simple. Cheap and breakfast had real eggs!!! Very close to Disneyland with free shuttle. Only issue very noisy air conditioning . Very noisy. Otherwise. Great cost effective stay. Would use again

Everything was great, other than it could get a little loud with being on the 1st level and everyone on top of you. We could hear running and things moving around 10:30 at night, but to be expected in an area around Disney. A great option nonetheless.

The hotel rate was good but you also get what you pay for. We booked a room with double beds and a bunk bed. The bunk bed was shaky and did not feel secure, you could feel the springs on the bottom bunk. The room had a damp musk smell the entire time, as if due to lack of ventilation or cleaning with dirty towels. The parking was limited and we had no choice but to leave our keys with the valet, which was free but still something we would prefer not to do. We visit Disney regularly and will not use this hotel location again as there are better choices with comparable rates.

I love this place! This will always be my choice for a Disney trip. Rooms are spacious, no carpet, beds are comfortable, it’s 6 mins from Disney. The housekeeping is a little slow, but all I ever want is fresh towels and they act pretty quickly on that. Breakfast is okay, it’s free so it will do! It’s close by, affordable and always clean.
