Had pool and spa which was great though both disabled chairs to access were broken. Property a bit tired and run down. Location for convention centre close enough to walk. Wide foot paths and flat. Bus stop for Disneyland right outside door.

Water pressure was absolutely terrible. I understand saving water but the water started out strong and within about 2 mins the water pressure decreased and would dribble. It ended up making my shower much longer due to the lack of water amount.

The room was very bright, clean and had a small living room, looks like renovated. I wish the water pressure could be stronger. 5-8 min to walk to a Disney shuttle station-Toy Story. If you are driving, there is a large parking lot (beside the shuttle station) for the vehicles- general admission is $35 per day. The hotel has free parking, so both days we used a shuttle to Disney park. The breakfast was really good - eggs, sausages/burgers & gravy, hash-browns, waffles & pancakes. Bread/bagels & butter, cheese cream, bananas/oranges. The breakfast room is little bit small, but it’s clean and the staff is very friendly.

I checked in at 10pm. I loved that they had reserved parking spaces for late check ins because their small parking lot was otherwise full. The room was large, newly renovated with a modern look. It had a fridge and a microwave and free coffee and an effective air conditioning unit. I was on the highest floor, away from traffic and it was surprisingly quiet. Staff was quite helpful. I misplaced my car keys and they all helped me try to find it. Thanks to them all. I walked to the convention center in less than 15 minutes. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance and a Denny's next door. They have breakfast included but I never made it there, so cannot comment. The not so good: water pressure was quite low. The elevator never came (there is only one elevator for the whole, large hotel) and the WiFi was slow sometimes. Overall, I enjoyed my 3 day stay there and would definitely stay again.

Check in was easy, and let us in a few minutes early. The room was clean and beds were super Comfy. The breakfast options included sausage potatoes and eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles and pancakes, then of course cereals and breads. Location is close enough to Disney that Uber was always under $10. My small complaints are: the room we had was a shower only. It was updated however the shower door doesn’t suction close all the way so you get water all over the wall and floor and you can tell by the water damage this is an ongoing issue. There is only 1 elevator and there’s 3 floors spread out in a U shape. So going back and forth to not have to use the stairs wasn’t great but not a deal breaker. My biggest complaint is the walls are not thin however the ceilings are super thin. So we were woken up each morning by children stomping and rolling a suitcase back and forth across the floor upstairs at 5am. This was ridiculous. To the point that I stood on my bed to bang on the ceiling to get them to stop. They need to add some spray in insulation with their upgrades.

Close to Disneyland
It was a close hotel to Disneyland and the area was prettty quiet and nice. Bfast was decent grab and go, pancakes, sausage, biscuits & gravy. Wish they changed it up each day cuz it got old. Wish they provided more towels. And I wasn’t crazy about how they do parking it gets cluttered and if your out late you basically have to let them do valet parking for you if there’s no open spaces so that sucked.
