First room we were assigned was hot….. after one night STILL hot….. management assigned us another room and it was finally climate controlled. Breakfast buffet was on time and hot, and pretty typical. Pool was closed a few nights which was disappointing. The walk to free shuttle was ok in the morning, but a bit too far for tired legs after being in the Disneyland parks all day. Parking was a challenge if you drove anywhere after 4pm…. Overall it served our needs and with a change in rooms, we had a good experience.

Had a hard time getting our room cleaned. We had to ask many times to get our room cleaned and for simple things like towels and toilet paper. I’m not sure if they were understaffed or what. We stayed 5 nights and our room was finally cleaned on the last night. Breakfast was great. Sometimes there was a wait for food. Again not sure if they had enough staff for the demand.

Room was very clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Short walk to toy story parking lot and use the free shuttle to Disneyland. Highly recommend if visiting Disneyland. Breakfast was okay

The microwave in our room didn’t work unless you held the plug into the back of it and then you had to hold it there or else it would shut off. Our A/C sounded like Slimer was trying to escape from it and that’s when I finally was able to turn it on, yet another electrical issue with this room. I emailed 2 Weeks ago and a late checkout and they said sure no problem just mention it to the front desk when you arrive. Checking in they didn’t have a place to pay by phone so you needed a physical card, then they said 12 is the latest? How is that a late check out? We call the front desk the day we are check out to double check on the late check out and how convenient the girl who checked us in wasn’t there and this other front desk clerk stated she knows nothing and isn’t allowing a late check out, after about 5 minutes on the phone stating we were already told we could she finally said 1130 is the latest. Will never stay here again. Service is awful.

Nice little hotel

Hotel room has been updated, tile floors, comfy beds. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful getting supplies to us. The down side is, the lack of parking.

I like everything about it! Everything was close to us! Even better Disney was close to us! We even walk back and forth !!! Breakfast was delicious , just the Tater tots were cold, I wish they were at least warm, but other than that it was good! The room was clean and neat. The staff were so kind and helpful!!

Nice stay

Check-in was really smooth. The lady at the front desk was really nice when we checked in our room. It was very clean. The only thing I didn’t really like was the elevator. It was next to the laundry area and it was super humid given it was a super hot day standing to get the elevator, made it worse breakfast was pretty good. I had no complaints.

Good value!

It is kind of standard for the area but a good standard. Good value considering breakfast, parking and condition. Room comfort is good, space is a little limited for a family of four but managable. Breakfast lacks variety, it is not good for three days, but is better than continental for sure. There is water and ice for your bottles. I could stay again, but also I will try another one that looks similar.

Overall hotel was good, room was nice and large and updated. Downside was the parking as the lot was always full (they do have valet but we don’t love using that) and the water pressure, our shower barely leaked water out most days and even though we asked for someone to come look at it nothing was fixed. Breakfast was good although the poor worker needs better waffle irons to keep up with the demand as it was a long wait if it was busy.
