The front staff was very nice and helpful when it came to out late check in and helped with parking, since the parking lot was completely full. Our room was really clean and had more the enough towels, considering we are a family of 6. Our kids loved the bunk beds as well.

There wasn’t enough parking, so that made it difficult. However, the valet staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast workers were friendly but not enough room for everyone to sit and eat.

Breakfast was the same thing everyday, often Luke warm and soggy. Not a great selection. Parking was always full. The room had water damage and smelled musty. We had people jumping and banging objects upstairs in the mornings(6am-830am) and late evenings (10pm-1am). I will not be coming back to this hotel, very very disappointed. We also had a lot of pincher bugs in the room.

The gal running breakfast could use some help. The place was packed and she was trying to do everything. Running 4 waffle irons, stocking other food and bussing tables.

It is not a Convention Center, it is a Motel! Doors on the rooms are not sealed and you can hear every car every person walking buy, rain water coming under the door. Noise is horrible, no sleep!

Second stay at this hotel. Room was very clean and breakfast was fresh and had a nice selection. Many dining options near by as well as CVS and Walgreens. It is about a 15 - 20 minute walk to Disney or a 10 minute walk to the FREE shuttle at the Toy story lot.

The staff was pleasant. The room was clean and tidy. However, the bed, though comfortable, had the thinnest blankets. So much so it felt like you weren’t using a blanket. The breakfast was terrible. Parking was limited. The room was a basic. I would not return again.

Room was clean, but not fantastic. A few minor complaints. Remote was broke and taped shut… that did not stick. It was replaced when we asked. Though it was not the hotel’s fault… the road was noisy which sounded like loud motorcycles or street racers all night long. It is close to the Toy Story Lot (1 block). Which was convenient. There is a Denny’s next door. We would stay there again.
