The staff was amazing and it is so close to Disneyland which really mattered to our feet and legs, after a long day/night at the parks. The pool and hot tub were great. The pillows and bedding were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff made sure our room was perfect. We would definitely stay there again!

The room was very spacious and had a large patio and clean and fresh laundry, all soaps lotions and hair tool provided , fridge safe full closet ask for room 503 I recommend the fantasy building. It's near the pool and directly in front of the lobby. Breakfast free coffee with purchase, staff above and beyond nice - Mike the bellman so sweet for two disabled Disney ladies ! Parking is not free but worth it for the park to be across the street and restaurants all around and transportation is abundant!

They offered an upgrade for a room with fireworks viewing for $25 a night and Disney had no fireworks so I feel that was just a scam to get you to upgrade and get more money out of you.

We stayed at the Anaheim hotel for 4 nights, our room was not cleaned once the entire time. We called every single day to get our room serviced and still no one ever showed up. Our trash cans were overflowing. We had to leave trash and dirty towels out on the porch and still they would sit there for 24 hours before someone picked them up. We ended up having to walk to the front desk ourselves to get clean towels due to housekeeping never coming and replacing. Very disapointed.

Too many people in the hot tub, no room service after 10 pm even though the menu in your room says it’s open till 12. When I called about the room service I was put in hold by young man and he never came back to phone, I could hear him talking to another co-worker. I called back a few times and a girl answered and told me they didn’t have anyone to bring food to us. I was bummed because we come here a lot and it was my daughter‘s birthday and she just wanted to cookie with ice cream.

The rooms were outdated unlike the pictures viewed, the closet door was broken, the bathroom door was broken, maintenance was fast on repairing the bathroom door. When we checked in the charged 37 for parking, not 25$. The room felt tight! Not much moving room due to bulking furniture and pointless big patio area. However the pool, and jacuzzi were great!

Older property, had issues with the toilet which was fixed right away. Spacious and clean. Location is perfect. Walked to Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Garden Walk and Disneyland right there as well. Pizza Press wasn’t a bad late night option as well. This will be our go to anytime we visit Anaheim.

We loved the hotel grounds that included outdoor games along with the pizza restaurant attached. Very convenient and enjoyable stay!
