Staff were helpful and friendly, pool hours and towel availability was amazing! Bed were comfortable, AC worked well and we loved having the Disney channel. The bathroom flooring was a bit loose and squeaky in places and the carpet had a few stains but we would definitely stay there again.

Check in/Check out was quick and seamless. The room was clean, it smelled old but otherwise fine. It had full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which was nice. I did like how it felt like a garden style and at the end of each floor an ice machine and drink vending. It required credit card only. but all machines weren't working.

The staff at the Anaheim Hotel is exceptional. They went out of their way to be friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel itself is very comfortable, and the proximity to the Disneyland Resort cannot be beat. But, the staff is what makes this a great hotel.

Loud noise in our room with heater. Electric plug ins didn’t work on at least half. Room was not exceptionally clean. Staff was great except the shop. The lady in there didn’t even look up at me when I came in 2 times. Front desk staff was amazing. Candy was great and everyone else too. Hot tub and pool were great Pizza place was great. Bar was great. Location was perfect. No microwave in room kind of a bummer. Fridge froze our food.

The staff was amazing and were very kind. However, the fridge in the room didn’t work. There was mold in the bathroom. The closet door was broken as well as part of the dresser. I enjoyed how close to Disneyland it was but for the price it wasn’t that nice. The parking is expensive and the rooms were run down.
