The modern conveniences such as the remote blinds and marble tiled bathroom were really nice. Large screen tv was very pleasing as well. The staff were courteous and helpful. Our stay was excellent! 👍👍

Excellent hotel. I have visited San Francisco in numerous occasions and, for price and value, this is the best hotel in downtown SF. The restaurant could benefit from a wider choice of menu, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Recommend the Indian restaurant Amber India. Great food and excellent service. For a quick bite, try The Chieftain Irish pub by the corner.

My go to when I stay in San Francisco. Easy Uber lane and also convenient for local family to stop and drop-off people and bags or pickup. Easily arranged late check out for our late night flight which was extra helpful as well this time.

Convenient location Chase Center event

Hotel was nice as were the employees. However, i had reserved 2 queen rooms months prior and only one was available when we checked in. They did give us a $200 room credit for the restaurant. That doesn't go far in San Francisco but it helped. The hotel was convenient to the Case Center where we attended Laver Cup.
