Please get vending machines for diabetics. I really struggled being hungry & luckily I’m not a real diabetic, but I really could of used snacks. Everything else was great. Wonderful pool & hot tub, but the hot tub was on the hotter side. The pool was warm, but no stairs to get in. They have a gift shop with snacks & nice souvenirs, but it’s not always open. The house keeping were great with our room. The beds were on the hard side, but better than most hotel beds.

My girlfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at the Intercontinental. All of the staff were so helpful and kind. Their texting for service system is very fast and responsive. We felt extremely comfortably here and although we traveled to San Francisco to explore the area, there were time where we did not want to leave the hotel because of all its amenities.

The side rooms with glass. Check the air conditioner panels. They come right off, scary
