I got to the property around 11:40 and I was going to drop off my bags and explore until check-in time but the amazing front desk superhero told me a room was ready now and she could check me in. Beyond grateful for her kindness. It’s a cozy room, clean, and there’s lots of walkable restaurants, cafes, and bookstores. I suggest Maison Nico for a croissant and City Lights bookstore (it’s a gem) you could also walk to Fisherman Wharf (I did) and it wasn’t that far.

The hotel was beautiful with beautiful views. Loved the location. The only thing I did not find was the fact that I had to pay for coffee downstairs in the lobby versus having the option for free coffee.

Its walking distance to alot of great spots. Close to the airport and cruise ports. Thats where the good stops. The mid: hotel room is nice but its supposed to be its the Hilton. AC is alright could be better and the view is good but the massive buildings block any true beauty. Now the Bad: the room attendent was rude she was mad because we asked for extra towles like what and then any questions we had she acted like she didnt want to be there. But another oriental person walked up and she was all smiles and happiness so it makes me wonder. Also parking is $75 crazy. But anyways to summarize alright stay for one night but will not book with them again.

Staff were outstanding and provided excellent service, including by answering the phone after barely a ring and promptly attending to requests. This Hilton is also in the perfect location, right in the heart of chinatown, a two minute walk to Little Italy, and a nice 30 minute stroll to Japantown and the Fisherman’s wharf. The rooms were well appointed, quiet, and featured very very comfortable beds and pillows. We will be staying at this hotel whenever we visit the Golden Gate city!

My boyfriend and I went for our birthday celebration and let me just say we did not enjoy it. We couldn’t even sleep because in the morning they were already like doing maintenance or something close by. They were drilling super loud , I honestly wished we would’ve stayed somewhere else. Also, the parking is ridiculous, I’m paying so much a room already and still 300 to park there.
