Hotel was not bad but they didn’t offer valet parking, no room service and the ac didn’t work properly. We asked for them to check it and they did but they just SA to keep the “fan” running. I’ve stayed at Hilton’s before and this one was not like the others.

Been an Hilton and Expedia member for years, didn’t expect a luxury stay, but could’ve been better, *especially* staff service. (No clear communication, un-clarified charges/holds. Overall a mediocre visit compared to previous Hilton visits.

Hilton Review

We had a great stay at the HIlton Hotel, Financial District. It was close enough to walk through Chinatown and Little Italy. We even walked to Pier 39. The hotel was great. Clean rooms, helpful and courteous staff. Excellent view of the Bay. Would definitely stay there again.
