Facilities need renovation but overall very clean. Staff is attentive. In the heart of the city near all public transportation. Very convenient and value for the money. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

Everything was perfect from booking to check-in, from courteous staff to clean rooms. And its right in the middle of where-everything-happens-in-the-city. Everything was just a stones throw away...food, grocery, shopping. Price wise?...definitely, I was wise enough to book into Handlery Union.

Main service was prompt and attentive. Nice to have coffee/ decaf and tea in the room. Shower cap was nice touch. Location was excellent . Rooms were a little worn. I stayed with a king size bed and a room with two beds. The heat was an issue with the king size bed ; an extra heater and more blankets helped. We had no problems with the double room.
