The property is near all transportation and shopping areas and is very quiet. The hotel staff were nice, specially Rina, the manager and Victor at the door and the Spanish cleaning lady.

Beautiful property with two distinct sides. Unbelievable location next to everything! On-floor vending machines were all non-operable but front desk was accomodating. On-site valet parking was a surprise. Good stay!

The room carpet was wet during our stay we don’t know why; the people next were loud and because of the thin walls we heard everything and even heard when the people next door used the toilet flush. The pictures the hotel show are NOT as what the hotel looks like now. It is a pretty old hotel and disappointed us a lot. Other than that the stuff at the hotel was nice.

Golden Gate Bridge Baby!
The room was warm at night and the shower curtain kept sticking to us while using the shower. Overall it was a GREAT stay and they were so helpful! The staff were VERY friendly and accommodating!
