Great location near Union Square. Our room was clean and well appointed. Staff was excellent. Parking check in was slow but we arrived at a busy time. Nice that they have valet option with in/out privileges. Although there is no restaurant on site, they have made arrangements with several restaurants nearby to offer discounts. Just show your keycard. Nice touch! We have another favorite place to stay in SF.

Staff is amazing! Management needs to hire more parking valet though.The gentleman was trying his best in getting all the cars to guest quickly. Additionally, the rooms don’t look like the pictures but if you’re looking for a spot that you will just be sleeping it’s a cool area. Most likely won’t be going back but over all it was okay.

Great location. I appreciate the bellmen very friendly and helpful. Valet is the only option on property. I was fine with the rate but one man in the valet staff was rude and seemed to hate his job. Valet was the only issue with our stay.
