Awesome property right of market and 4th. Really convenient access to transportation and highly walkable. Yerba Buena garden nearby, metreon, BART, and food options. Staff was super nice. Hallway and room was a little bit older but they tried their best to keep it welcoming. Really good for the price.

Great hotel, great location!
Great great hotel. Great location. Nice cute cozy room with full bedroom. I definitely recommend it. If I find it for a good price again, I'd definitely take it. 4/5 just because 2 minor inconveniences: the ad says 'parking offsite' but it's not like they do have parking, they just get you to download spot-hero. 'Street parking' would be more like it. The other one is dumber: right on top of the sink they have a small shelving, so you cannot really lean on the sink to grab water, you have to use a cup.

Place is conveniently located next to the Moscone Center which I attended a conference in and it’s very fairly priced. Other than that be ready to stay in a neighborhood with homeless people all around and a minimally basic room with a tiny bathroom w/o AC.

While the bed sheets and floor were clean, I feel like they could have put a little bit more elbow grease and dust the window blinds or clean the dirt off the windows in the room. It's not terrible, but it's not good either, but the price does reflect what you pay for. Being in the heart of downtown, you definitely hear a lot of the noise outside. If you just need a spot to sleep and put your stuff, go for it. But I wouldn't recommend relaxing or anything here.
