Pretty solid for its price. Only complaints were the shower took a while to get warm in the morning and parking was expensive at $70, but not unexpected for SF. Overall hard to beat given it is in a safer/cleaner part of the city.

Excellent stay.

Amazing. Easy walk from the BART and MUNI (embarcadero) even with heavy luggage. Lovely staff. Great room, spotlessly clean and bed SO comfortable. No noise, good air con. Light breakfast in the mornings which was more than adequate. Happy hour early evening with free wine. Would have absolutely no hesitation using on future visits. Well done Harbor Court.

Overall an ok room and good hotel. I was perhaps unlucky but there was no hot water when I arrived and it wasnt fixed until the following afternoon. Their online presence on booking sites misleads into thinking they have a pool. They do not, they only give you access to the local YMCA, which is closed during the weekend. Despite that, they went ahead and charged a resort fee of about 50 USD per night, without even informing me it was being charged or asking on which card to do so. They had assured me the card asked at check in was only for a deposit. I did get a partial refund and some courtesy credit from Expedia for the trouble, but at this price and star rating, I expected better. They have free bikes for guests to use. I didn't but it was nice to have the option.

NBA weekend fabulous Hotel

We rode the ferry from Vallejo to SF ferry building The Harbor court hotel was 100yrds away. Checked in, the hotel staff was great, location could not have been better. Location.We came to SF to experience NBA all star weekend.

I did not enjoy my stay here. I booked an accessible room since I use a cane but there was not enough room to maneuver around the bed with a cane. The desk chair had metal or iron legs making it impossible for me to slide out or if I wanted to put the chair to the side. The staff also enthusiastically recommended the gym but failed to let me know I had to use my keycard in the elevator to access my floor. The associated Japanese restaurant next door which they use for room service charged me $85 for a meal.

Property was fine, when we came into the room they had water and lotions that you “can use” with small words on them that you can buy the water for $10 or the lotion for $24. When I come from a trip in the room I just want to rest and not feel hustled out of my money. I pay up front for the stay and I get what I get in the room. That’s what I at least expect from a 4 star hotel.

Harbor Court hotel is very nice! The staff are all pleasant and helpful! The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. They offer valet parking which is nice if you don’t like to hassle with street parking. We stayed in an ocean front room…. The views were amazing! We’ll definitely come back.

I have stayed at this property a couple of times as well as other properties in the area. Harbor Bourt is my favorite based on convenience, location, cleanliness and hospitable staff. This is my hotel preference.

Overrated and expensive

The hotel has a stunning view of the Bay and specially on the new years eve it was quite a view of the fireworks. But that's about it. Tiny rooms, super expensive, low end breakfast (the breakfast area is a tiny corner next to the checkin counter). The spa water is the only water they have, it tasted of rotten cucumber probably frona day ago. The bathroom was so tiny I couldn't believe it. Everything was clean though. The bed was low quality spring mattress. Carpets all over. It was okay for the new years eve because of the view, I wouldn't recommend it for any other occasion.
