The hotel itself is fine; but is located in the Mission District. The area presents the visitor with the raw truth of America's neglect of the needy. If the sight of the poor and the discarded sectors of our society makes you uncomfortable, you may give staying here respectful consideration.

Awesome hot breakfast

At check in we were informed that parking was available through valet only and would cost an additional $74 per night which we were not told when making reservation. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was definitely the best feature of this hotel.

The property by itself was ok, but there were so many homeless and drug addicts on the street that it was scary. I will never visit that city ever again unless the municipality cleans up their act.

Great Location. Clean and wonderful staff. The breakfast was adequate. Valet service for our vehicle was excellent but expensive. Not the best area of S.F., but not the worst. Lots of homeless around but they didn't really bother us. 615am on Saturday, lots of banging from industrial type shop across the street from our room (#415) Woke me up. Get a room on the opposite side if you can.
