Bad neighborhood and terrible management. My Jacket was stolen from the lobby where I was waiting to check in. The lobby was empty and supposed to be secured from the outside with keycard access. I suspect an inside job. This conclusion is based on my instincts and judgement of how i was treated. And also the fact that Management didn’t speak with me on the matter and to my knowledge didn’t check the video tape either. The room had stained floors which was gross and the breakfast wasn’t good either. I’m being candid yet respectfully leaving this review.

Wonderful staff here. They really shine through their helpfulness and friendliness. This area in SOMA is scary because of the homelessness, but it's also close to a lot of attractions. Wait inside for your ride though. Delicious breakfast included with price.
