The room was smaller than it looked online. The shower was barely functional. What did shine were the people. Especially Elizabeth, our housekeeper. She has been there over 30 plus years and has terrific people skills and was extremely accommodating and helpful. She would be the reason we would return. Great location

We stayed here several times when it was the Le Meridian and it was nice. Now it’s a meh hotel. Wouldn’t stay here again. Definitely not worth the price. The staff is friendly but the rooms are bland and stupidly designed

The room was immaculate, with gorgeous views. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly & helpful. The bar prepared phenomenal drinks & paired with the gorgeous ambiance of the fire pits on the patio, overlooking the city, made for such a romantic experience. We had the most amazing time, thank you all so much !

I had a great stay at The Jay Hotel—fantastic location, stylish décor, and a room that was more spacious than I expected. Staff is friendly, and their concierge, Margues is truely amazing professional with wonderful hospitality.
