The room and the staff were nice. Disappointed that the breakfast was not included with the price of the room, so high, and then another $75 for parking.

Great stay. Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff was all very friendly. Super easy check in. I didn’t eat there but the breakfast buffet was out and on time/busy every morning if you wanted something convenient. They were doing work on the elevators but you were able to use the service elevators too (which were actually closer to my room). This hotel was across the street from a conference I was attending all week at a different hotel and significantly cheaper/a much better bargain. Would stay again !

Fun to try a new place to stay. Property is near both cable car lines. Room is clean with windows that open which is nice for fresh air. Elevator was very old and slow, we ended up taking the stairs most of our stay.

I have stayed multiple times and this hotel always hits it out of the park. Perfect location, beautiful views, spacious rooms, clean and quiet, friendly staff. I love it! Looking for are to my next stay.

Not a the great hotel I was expecting from the advertised hotel. Hotel has clearly seen better days but is struggling to meet the standards advertised. Staff were excellent, the view across the city (which I paid for) was amazing. The hotel is doing the bare minimum to keep its rating. I expected better.
