Very nice and helpful staff. An older property but the beds were comfy, no issues with hot water or lift wait times. Close to BART and Cable Car turnaround. The hotel is next to Tenderloin area but that is easy to avoid

I was there Super Bowl weekend, 7th February at roughly 6pm I came back to my room and a small rodent ran pass me and under the door. I couldn’t sleep well after that and left the next day with 1 day remaining which has not been resolved. Thank you Brian (Manager) who sent an email but did not sort his offer out. Good luck!!

Lamp did not work the room was clean, but the mattress was way too worn in. Only stayed for 2 nights and was charged 120$ for overnight parking. I do not recommend this place if you have a car.

Beautiful classic hotel in heart of SF. Only improvement needed is a small coffee shop, or real creamer in the room. Coffee shops a few minutes away, but can't beat coffee in the hotel.
