First room given smell really bad of mold, I called down to reception and was moved immediately to another room. Loved how quickly it was addressed and taken care of. The only thing I didn’t like was that when I asked front desk if there was anything open around the area to eat I was told “oh I don’t know”. Maybe it’s true, maybe he didn’t know but I think that is something they should know. Just my 2 cents.

We stay at the Pickwick often when we go to Giants or Warrior games. It's a very convenient location. The hotel is clean, staff is helpful, and they have parking.

The room was good but we had 2 mishaps. First, there was a HUGE ROACH on the curtain, I'm talking like 4 inches long. They did not have staff to come deal with it. Also, the heater in the room sucked, it took forever for the room to heat up.

The room was cold, being a raining day, the windows were open. Reason is cause the room had a strong smell. In the morning, I made a coffee I soon found out there was no creamer nor sugar. Aside from that, everything else was great.

Room was nicer than expected but there were a few issues. Power went out the last day of our stay until late in the night and there were several paint chips and outside was near quite a few homeless so didn’t feel safe walking out at night.
