Nice stay
Always like staying at this hotel. Convenient location, close to the Warfield. BART station nearby makes travel easy. Hint… ask for a room on the backside of the hotel to avoid street noise. Staff is polite and our room was clean and comfortable.

Decent Hotel
The hotel was decent, it's not an upscale luxury hotel but it's not terrible either. Overall if you are looking for a hotel that is safe, no bed bugs or major issues etc, this hotel is a good choice for the price.

Brian definitely exemplified HOSPITALITY and PROFESSIONALISM. Room is a bit small, mattress was not firm, pillows were flat. For the price it was okay! Location was great!

Great location for walking to different areas of San Francisco. We walked to Castro (about 2 miles) and took an Uber back to the hotel later as it started raining. We also walked to China Town area (less than 1 mile) the next day. We booked the deluxe for a few $$$ more and were pleased that the room size was comparable to a modern hotel room, but with historic charm. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were helpful and the restaurant on site offered a variety of delicious options.
