Didn’t have breakfast Close to our 2nd home up the street and we stay here when there is overflow of guests/family. Easy, clean, convenient, comfortable. The shower water pressure isn’t always reliable but that’s that only less than positive comment.

The hotel is located right by the Chinese gate on Bush and Grant street, which is walkable to downtown, Chinatown, and North Beach. It was very quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, too. I wasn’t crazy about the interior, which reminded me of 90’s vibe. I am not sure if this hotel is 4 star. I felt like its 3.5 star hotel.

I’m honestly surprised by the high ratings. The rooms are outdated, the walls are so thin you hear everything, and mine had a strange smell the entire stay. I had one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. The location is convenient, but that’s really the only positive. Wouldn’t stay here again.
