Front desk is very informative, very nice and attentive. The water park is very fun for the all kids and where they can be entertained. Staff keep areas very clean. Love our stay here, can’t wait for the next time we visit.

Beware of unauthorized fees! They charged me for towels even after I return them. I was on hold for almost 2 hours trying to resolve the issue and I still haven’t seen the credit. It’s ridiculous! The rook itself was great. No complaints about that whatsoever, just the unauthorized fees that they snuck in ain’t cool at all!

After my family checked out,my husband remembered he forgot the glasses and airpod.and he came back to ask the staff.one of them contacted to housekeeping 's manager.she said the housekeepers just found the glasses. They didn't see the airpod but my husband always put the airpod and the sunglasses together.somebody took it for sure. I don't think we come back here again.unsafe place
