The hotel was not great. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The shower in my room didn't work properly and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable so I got hardly any sleep. The front door had a sign that said it would be locked at 11 and they locked it at 10. While it shouldnt be a huge deal, one of the people I was traveling with booked the same room as me and got a free upgrade and I didn't. With so many other options in this area, I'm not sure I'll be returning. It was an uncharacteristically poor property compared to other Hilton ones I've stayed at.

The carpet in the room needs to be replaced. Something needs to be done with parking and the charge to park overnight when between 9-11pm it is near impossible to get parking near the front entrance.

Very nice and clean! i liked the bathroom a lot it was modern and nice and so is the bedroom! there’s free tv connection and wifi! only thing is i feel like it’s a little bit overpriced, hot tub wasnt working when i stayed there and breakfast was alright. super comfy tho and walking distance to disney!

The room was nice. Staff was friendly. They cleaned up the room really well. Bummer that the spa on site was out of service. Also wish that there was more variety in the breakfast options

Outside the hotel by the handicap parking spot there’s a 3 tier curb uneven which my husband tripped and got hurt really bad. Ruined our whole trip and ultimately had to cancel. The parking situation from the neighboring business had chaos all night. It’s very loud. The parking situation is the worst.

We got in late for our trip to Disney land. The hotel has a great location for the local bus service and the front desk folks were helpful and friendly.the room was clean and the maids we met were friendly as well. We are already looking to stay again!

It could have been better if parking was easy. I have seen people taking parking slots meant for your clients but were taken by other people not your client. People eating inside their cars and staying for longer periods of time.

Good location. Friendly staff. Reliable and free Wifi. Free breakfast with good variety including healthy options( fruits, yogurt). Very good fitness room. Rooms need some renovation and better insulation(crying babay next room kept me up!).
