I was told I would receive a high floor at our check in due to my daughter graduating from college. When we got to the hotel….this was not the case. We let the front desk know what we were offered and also showed messages. They front desk then had the manager and after 45 mins, and sending the message to the front desk, text to the manager multiple times….we were finally offered a high floor room. It was disappointing because we were happy to arrive and ready to celebrate as we were to get ready for dinner. We were then behind schedule due to the lack of communication. Be careful if you’re offered anything. Call the hotel to confirm as the manager said they don’t know where I received the messages from because it wasn’t in their systems.

The hotel was just far enough away from the Disney parks to avoid the crazy traffic which we appreciated. And the shuttle ($6 per person) to the parks easily paid for itself. The Disneyland parking lot was only a block down the road from the hotel. Might as well save the $30+ parking fee for Disney parking and take the hotel shuttle instead. The rooms themselves were not all that impressive although they were definitely clean. We were surprised that our bathroom didn’t have a fan in it. The TV did have a couple channels that would let you connect your phone to it for streaming services. The hotel also provided two complimentary bottles of water per stay.

Staff wasn’t too nice or accommodating. There was one girl who was incredibly helpful. Otherwise, it was not one of our best Hyatt stays and we will not be back to this particular hotel.

It can get loud in lobby area at night. Especially if your room is on that side. If you have a fan it drowns the loud noise. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Ten minute drive to Disney! Parking was super easy and I appreciate the easy access in and out. Great dining options and overall beautiful hotel! We also loved the outdoor play area where we played basketball and pickleball
