Fera Hotel is part of the ART bus route that runs to/from Disneyland so is convenient if going to the park. Though because it is the last stop before the park, the bus was sometimes full by the time it got to this hotel so unable to take additional passengers. As far as the hotel is concerned, however, service was very hit or miss. Front desk staff didn’t give us our breakfast vouchers until I asked for them nor did they take a credit card upon arrival so they had to call me to come by to capture one. We also weren’t offered the famous Doubletree cookies until I asked for them. Additionally, our room wasn’t serviced until I requested it and then the staff member I spoke with acted surprised that we wanted service. Isn’t that part of the regular hotel offering? The waitstaff was generally very friendly and helpful with the exception of one bartender who may have just been having a bad day. Overall, this wouldn’t be a hotel I’d return to, but the price was very reasonable and accommodations were basic.

We had a lovely stay at the Fera Hotel for 2 nights. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our suite and highly recommend. We also partook of the room service 1 night. In addition, it’s conveniently situated. I love (and my kids truly love) the cookies you get at check in! If I could change one thing- it would only be that they add recycling!

Very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty, and I later discovered what looked like possible mold on the bed sheets. I didn’t notice it until the last day, but when I brought it up to the staff, they were disrespectful and acted like I was just trying to get a free stay instead of addressing the issue. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made in cleanliness and customer service.

The check in staff was nice but the room had paper thin walls. We hear all the traffic all night! The doors slamming in the morning and they did not clean our room. We tried calling the front desk to ask if we could have a room transfer since we were right next to the traffic but no answer. The room felt dirty with old stains on the counters and dressers. I took pictures of that. Again we called the front desk and no answer

The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the standing shower but it’s only available if you book a room with one bed. You can also hear the ambulances from the medical center next door. Before booking, I called the front desk to confirm that the deluxe rooms came with a microwave, since that was important to me as I was going to be bed ridden from surgery. They told me yes, the deluxe rooms have one, though they cost extra. So I decided to pay for the upgrade. When I arrived, however, there was no microwave in the room. I called the front desk to ask about it, and they said they had removed all of them recently. Also, I had just visited a month prior and booked the same room but just with double beds instead of one king bed and that room had a microwave. I’m not sure if they actually removed them in a span of a month, were lying about removing the microwaves, or just didn’t want to give me a room with one. I explained that I only booked the deluxe room because I was told it included a microwave, but the front desk said there wasn’t anything they could do. I asked what the difference was between the regular room and the deluxe one, and apparently, the only difference is that it’s on a higher floor — which doesn’t matter to me at all. Overall, the front desk wasn’t very helpful and didn’t make any effort to fix the situation. The room itself was decent, but the poor communication and lack of customer service really tainted the experience.

Great hotel and staff. Only issue is self parking is 35 dollars per day….a bit excessive in my opinion. Company needs to update their in & out card reader at the parking lot. The card rarely worked and we needed to buzz the attendant several times to exit the lot during our stay.

I stayed in two different rooms first two nights I was in a premium king size room. When asked if I could see Disneyland fireworks from my room they said yes but we weren’t able to. First attempt to eat in the restaurant they did not seem that busy but took the server/bartender around 10-15 minutes to get our drink order and food order. My son was super fussy and others around us got up and moved because my son crying and waiting was to much for them which is understandable since they were waiting just as long to be helped. For dinner we decided to do room service because we didn’t know how service in the restaurant would be. They show a limited menu for inroom dinnibg but when you call they tell you that you can actually order from the restaurant menu kinda pointless to have an inroom dining menu. It was really clean and nice! We loved it. It was really close to the concert venue and we loved the shuttle for Disneyland !!

Overbooked and couldn’t provide rooms to multiple guests. Check in is at 4pm but couldn’t check into rooms until 5pm. Poor management and customer service from the manager. Needs new manager and coordinating. They cannot handle being busy, it ruined my wedding weekend and I wish I never booked here in the first place

Great location near Disneyland and a nice area overall. However, our check-in was pretty rough. We booked 3 months ahead, but when we arrived they said they were sold out, then had to create a new reservation for us. The front desk staff tried his best, but we waited in the lobby for an hour until the manager finally sorted it out. Not sure if this was a hotel or Expedia issue, but waiting that long after traveling all day was really frustrating.
