Unable to connect with front desk via telephone over 20 min span .. ended up calling on cell phone to hotels general number to get assistance. No washrags, main men’s room in large lobby with bar and restaurant out of service for 2 days of visit. Ice machine broken on our floor, overall really very below expectations. Would not stay again or recommend to anyone.

The only problem in our room. Which i should have researched more was no bathroom counter space. All you had was a sink which was difficult if you have to put on contacts, makeup, etc. The place was nicely kept. Overall it was a good stau

I thought it was great! Had a bar and pool as I wanted. Hotel was really nice and parking lot was often full but there was another lot. Bathroom was a little small but compared to where I stayed in Miami, definitely a huge difference. Ppl were great and so happy there was a small Starbucks cafe in lobby area. Outlets, food, and other things were in walking distance so I probably didn’t need a rental if it weren’t for driving from LAX. Would definitely stay again.
