Staff was great, room was fantastic for the price, and we had a great time. The cleanliness was something to take note of! Everything was very clean, and we had no issues with anything during our entire stay. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we come through! Thanks!!

Hotels.com doesn’t do a good job at describing the rooms. They should allow customers that have actually stayed in the hotel to upload pictures of the room. I stupidly booked the room without looking at the yelp reviews that state there’s cockroaches in the rooms and the cleaning people don’t do a good job at all. When I spoke to hotels.com to see if I could get a refund or switch hotels but they denied me. So I had to pay for a hotel that I didn’t even stay in. Very disappointed in both the hotel and hotels.com.

The hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice as well. The rooms were spacious but pretty run down. Our fridge leaked and created a puddle on the floor. Our room also smelled like smoke the entire time we were there. I know they can’t control guests who don’t follow the rules and smoke in the rooms, but I wish I could’ve opened the windows more (they only opened a crack) to get some fresh air flowing.

the staff were polite and helpful, our room was spotless and when we had a small issue with the bath not draining within 10min of mentioning it to reception the maintenance team were in and sorting the issue. breakfast was a fab selection and our kids loved being able to make their own waffles.
