6/10 Okay

This was an okay stay for us. There are no stairs, and only two elevators. I would recommend staying on a higher floor so that you can access the elevators more easily as those of us on lower floors had to wait several rounds (or go up to go down). The beds were both super uncomfortable (the King and the pull out sofa). Breakfast had really long lines and while they would refill the stations, you would have to wait around quite often for them to be refilled. The hotel got pretty gross at night and early morning because the restaurant closes at 10 and most of the folks are coming back from Disneyland (which closes at 12) and are hungry and ordering food to eat since there are no options at the hotel and leaving their trash everywhere. There are some missed opportunities with things that would make the hotel more personable - like having a pin trading station for Disney fans. All of the other hotels have it, why not this one? Parking is expensive and many people didn't even pay and took spots away from those of us that did (they got tickets but that doesn't help us when we are looking for the parking we paid for). We tried the shuttle on our last day and while it was easy going to the park, it took SO long on the return trip that we paid for an uber. Overall, the price point, location, and separate rooms for families all make it decent, but it could have been a lot better.
