There were brown stains on the carpet in my hotel room, several. There were burn marks in the carpet. The door to the bathroom had red streaks of stains down the door. The bathroom floor had visible hairs. The couch in the living room had a huge white stain. The fold out ottoman under the vanity had a white stain. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I travel a lot for work and stay at many different hotels, this was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. I will not be staying there again.

Terrible stay

Stayed at this place previously and it was ok. This time was horrible experience. Could not get towels, they were out for some reason. Called the frint deak for 1.5 hours with no response. Hot tub was not even hot with mildew. Bathrooms next to conference rooms were disgusting and parking gates rarely worked properly. Only thing that was decent was food at breakfast, but side note did not have lids for coffee. Due to this trip will never stay here again.

This has to be one of the worst places we have ever stayed. We checked in and they charged us $22 to park and it said nothing about parking fee when we booked. We got to our room and only had one towel for six people. We went to the front desk and they said that’s all they had we never got any new towels and had to share one towel for all of us. We got drink cards and we were told it was 5:30 to 7:30 and for there at 7:10 and were told we were too late that it ended at 7:00 and wouldn’t let us get our drinks. It was so loud in our room from the hotel being packed and the outside traffic that none of us could sleep. Breakfast was chaotic and no structure at all. There were no plates for people who didn’t want an omelette if you did want and omelette you needed the blue slip in the key card which was in our room and we’re not told we had to have it. No place to return dirty plates so there were dirty plates everywhere. Overall this was one of the worst experiences we have had in a hotel.

Bedroom issues: there was candy left in the balcony, the breakfast from the day before us was still outside our room and it took 6 hours after we report it for them to pick it up. Fridge was not working. Elevators were not properly working, other guesses were loud and rowdy but it seems front desk did not care as thise kids were messing with the elevators. When i requested for additional towels they told me they did not had any clean towels available for me, it seems they havent been maintaining the hotel for the last couple of months and with the new owners everytbing went downhill. Hotel is not worth the price, i have stayed in cheaper hotels with better service and cleaner rooms. Several employees were spreaded thin and there was only one person cleaning the rooms( i asked the employees and everyone agreed that the hotel went downhill 6 months ago after an ownership change) Do not spend your money here.

Right when we got into the hotel room there was no towel and no shower curtain. Went to front lobby to ask for some and never received them. Had to go back down and ask again and once again we never received them. We had to shower with no shower curtain and hand towels. The pool had no towels either. The next day I once again went back down to ask for some and yet again we were told they were going to take some to the room and we never received them. To top all that of we left for about an hour and came back and the food we had left on the table in the room was gone. We were confused as to where the our food had gone. I go down stairs and ask the the receptionist if room service can just go into the room without letting us know and take our things

Don’t expect much

It Seemed like they were short staff as they were lacking cleanliness. The floor that we were in had trash bags full of trash outside rooms in hallways and trash pieces next to the elevator that were never picked up the entire time we were there. There was only one towel in the bathroom, front desk never answers the phone, housekeeping never answered either.

Very dirty! The bathroom vanity was falling apart. The floors in the room were filthy, we could not take off our shoes. They had a towel shortage, we had to go to the front desk to get towels. Housekeeping and the front desk did not answer the phone when we called.

The hotel was nicely designed and the lobby had a beautiful skylight, but it was definitely showing it's age. There was chipping and damage in the bathroom and around the room, and the place smelled really old. Breakfast was a big affair though, with a lot of food options, so that was a bonus.

I had no AC in my room, when asked to move there were no rooms available. Maintenance person said there were 2 compressors down and only 1 working for entire hotel. This is ridiculous in the summer. I was given a fan for my room. Tried to move the next day and was told again there were no rooms!

Room was just ok. Smelled bad. Phone did not work to reach the front desk. Used my phone to call and waited for a long time and no answer. Requested a crib and it did show up but it was left at the door no knock, no notification and really dirty. Breakfast omelettes were delicious!

Staff dont seem happy about their jobs. They don't go out of their way to provide good service….not friendly…no smiles. Guest should be informed that there will be noise drilling and construction next to your room from 9-5
