Not up to the standards of Embassy Suites. Breakfast was so so. The room was not in good shape with out dated fixtures and over all uncleanliness. The sofa bed was miserably uncomfortable. We have stayed in other Embassy Suites in Southern California that were much more impressive. We won’t be staying at this property again.

I have tried to contact Embassy Suites, but my calls are not returned. My original was moldy smelling…the staff person who came to spray agreed. Moved to another that was not much better. Next day, water was coming down through the ceiling. Did not feel safe at Embassy Suites. Please call me.

On the last day of our trip, and our rental car was broken into and half of our things were stolen. Security knew what time it happened but somehow wasn’t able to stop the robbery in progress. Really disappointing because they had told us due to a separate incident they were increasing security on the side of the parking lot, we were parked on. Overall condition of the hotel has not changed in the almost 5 years. We have been staying there and it was rundown to begin with. We love, empathy, sweet, but will not be staying at this location longer. The housekeeping staff is amazing and so very kind, but there wasn’t much sympathy from management for our situation .

Our check in was fine, but after that our stay was not good. Our room was on the side of the 55 freeway and very noisy. Our bathroom was in need of repair. The tub had been resurfaced and was peeling. The sink did not drain. The tub dripped and you could hear it from the bedroom. The breakfast was not edible and the staff was not friendly. We ran out of towels day 2 and requested towels. We were told there were no towels. We were told the towel service was out sourced. We valet parked and our car door was dinged. We could not wait to check out and leave. We have stayed at this location in the past, but will never stay there again. There seemed to be no manager around. The staff just that made poor excuses for the bad service, food, room that needed updating. I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was awful. I read the reviews before I booked and thought the reviews were just being negative. The were very accurate. Let me also add, I was so surprised that the plants down in the main area looked like someone brought in half dead plants and trying to revive them. Is this really a Hilton? Shocking

DO NOT STAY HERE, IT IS A DUMP.
The hotel is worn out and needs a major refresh. The chairs in the breakfast area are completely worn through to the threads, all the ice makers are broken, the walls are dirty, the carpeting is worn out. My room had long hairs on the bathroom wall, the tub was dirty, lotion was smeared on the bathroom mirror, the bathroom hinges and the door frame are rusted out. The registration desk is understaffed. Also, they charge you for parking, $22 a day and it is not on the website so beware. Better of staying at the Embassy near the airport.

Worst stay ever
This has been one of the WORST stays ever. I’ve been traveling for a decade and stayed here w my elderly parents and husband. First I wasn’t given the accessibility room I paid extra for. Then the room I was placed in had food crumbs on the bed and the bathroom tub has feet prints. I pulled out the sofa bed for my parents and there was mold On it… I feel terrible my parents had to sleep there but at least they gave us extra sheets. The following day my husband and I got stuck in the elevator for 45 mins and all they did was refund our parking for the inconvenience. Don’t stay there, don’t put your kids/family through that.

We were not checked in properly. We were marked no show after 24 hours. Our room was given to another person where they walked into our room with our stuff. Big security risk. No phone call was made, no attempt to see who was in that room. No ice machine was working, dusty room and out of control teenagers where no one took charge and stopped kids playing in elevators. Another security risk. There was only one person that took care of us during this time. This is the second time of a problem with the Hilton family of hotels. I will never stay with Hilton again.

Overall a nice hotel. But a few problems with the room. The staff was super nice though and very helpful!
