I’m sorry this isn’t going to be a good review. When we arrived on Saturday we were looking for parking and we saw the Self-Parking” garage but the gates were rolled down. So we had trouble finding a place to park as a convention was going on and there isn’t much parking around hotel so we ended up going across street to a parking garage next to “Hotel” markings. We went and checked in and the rep at the counter said you go to self parking and dial this number it’ll call us and the gates will open. We drove over and there was a truck trying to get in also and my husband walked up to assist her as we were just given instructions, there wasn’t any place to push/call anyone that any of us saw. So we did park on the parking garage the two nights. There was a conference going on and navigating around was rough. We weren’t told where the elevators were so we went around until we found them. We were relaxing in our room and music started playing very loud where we could not even drown it out with the tv, it went in until 10:30-11:00 PM it was for a quinceanera and it was beyond annoying but the hotel was full. I went down to the deli to get a coffee only to be told the espresso machine was not working and it didn’t our entire trip so we ordered Starbucks via DoorDash and that becomes very expensive. However we had dinner the first night at Citra and our server was extremely friendly and we enjoyed having conversations with her as the restaurant was not busy yet so she would stop by

Very welcoming from desk. Rooms were clean and beds and pillows very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
