For the price you pay per room, and I received a deep discount due to rewards, I was expecting an above average room. Instead I received an average room (imagine Hilton not fancy), extra charge for EVERY THING from internet access that works to parking to non refundable $300. Pet deposit. For $300.00 I could have rented them an upgraded room by the airport for themselves that was nicer than mine. That was almost the same price as my room. There was no food service available, even takeout in the area was limited due to the busy weekend. Who had three places to dine in a hotel and no room service? I’d honestly say pass on this property unless you’re coming for the spa or a summer weekend at the pool. The rooms and hotel ambiance are a bore. Very disappointed.
